When we first got into room i went to fix my daughters bed & the sheet was fitted properly so as i went to fix that i noticed black hairs all over the matress protector, I then checked the king bed & same thing, once reported we were told housekeeping would change in morning the next day after the room was done we checked & they werent changed. We had to re report then it was fixed. Safe to say this hotel doesnt change matress protectors after each stay. The air conditioning has huge issues. 36 degrees outside and rooms sitting at an average of 24 with not alot of air flow. The single bed room in the room has no vents so theres no air at all so its like an oven, so keep this in mind if booking this room type. After bringing it up with front desk numerous times fans were sent to the room. Only 1 lady was helpful the rest dont smile, dont care and the male reception worker just sits on his phone. Breakfast is ok,not excellent Limited in options in each section. Toaster doesn't work properly. 4 sauce toaster but only 1 side works. Things constantly run out & they aren't quick enough to replenish. Cleanliness in shower could be better mould around edges & in bathroom sink. No bottled water provided each day. There was no remorse or offer to refund part of our booking to compensate for air-conditioning situation or hairs. Soneone was also smoking on our floor so I felt like I was breathing inside an astray walking to & from my room, was reported as roons are non smoking but it continued. For the price point & issues its not recommended.

I had booked a twin bed room (asking for a nice view if possible) and I got the tiniest room I have ever stayed in a hotel, at the back side, with a small window facing a chipped wall, with one bed. During my stay they didn’t make my bed, didn’t empty the trash can (I had to ask) and insisted that there was an iron when I asked for one (there was definitely no iron; they had to bring one). I also had to ask for amenities I saw in other rooms, but not in mine. Oh, and there was a half open bottle of beer in the fridge!

За 5 дней меняли белье максимум 1 раз, пепельницу на терассе поменяли в день перед отъездом, при заезде блюдца под чашками были в жире.
В целом все отлично в отеле, немного поработать с клинингом и добавить кофе и воду в номер

S čím jsme bohužel nebyli spokojeni bylo chování personálu. Při příjezdu nás recepční informovala, že snídaně jsou do 11 hodin. Když jsme ale druhý den přišli, bylo už vše sklizeno a řekli nám, že to platí pouze o víkendech. Když jsme se byli zeptat na recepci, v podstatě jsme očekávali pouze omluvu za vzniklé nedorozumění, ale místo toho nám řekli, že je to naše chyba, že jsme si informaci, kterou nám dala jejich recepční při příjezdu, neověřili. Cestujeme často, ale s tak hrubým a arogantním chováním, jako bylo to ze strany obsluhy restaurace a recepce ten den, jsme se ještě nesetkali. Nešlo ani tak o zmeškanou snídani (druhý den jsme ji stihli a byla velmi dobrá), jako spíš o způsob jednání, který nám opravdu do velké míry zkazil pobyt zde.
Další, už ne tolik podstatná věc je parkování - je zpoplatněno navíc k ceně pobytu, a hotel má k dispozici pouze několik míst, která je třeba předem rezervovat. To je pochopitelné, jsme v centru města, ale myslím, že by bylo fér o tom informovat předem. Naštěstí jsme místo dostali, ale kdyby byla všechna obsazená, když jsme vytvářeli rezervaci, neměli jsme se to jak dozvědět, přitom možnost parkování pro nás byla při výběru hotelu velmi důležitá.
