El hotel está muy bien ubicado y el desayuno es muy bueno.

Cons:

El hotel esta muy desgastado, el personal es muy poco eficiente, para ser un hotel de supuesta categoria no tiene apoyo con el equipaje, la recepciónista se demoro 20 minutos para darme mi habitación porque estaba hablando por telefono, ella hacia todo a la vez, bien desorganizado.

Tesisin konumu çok güzel, her yere yürüme uzaklığında ve Hotel Moskova’nın tam karşısında. Yenilenmiş, tertemiz konforlu bir otel. Biz 2+1 şeklindeki odalarında kaldık. Kalabalık bir aile tatili olduğu için 5 oda tuttuk. Hepsi aynı büyüklükte ve konfordaydı, ancak bir tane odamız çatı katında göz hizasında camları olmayan klostrofobik ve kesinlikle camı açılmayan o odalar ile diğer odalar aynı statüde olmamalı, bu konuda bir uyarı yapılması gerekiyor. Kalamayacağımızı söylenince Oda değişikliğimiz ertesi gün sağlandı ancak maalesefki bunun için biraz uğraşmamız gerekti. Genel olarak ilk girdiğimizde temizliği çok güzel ancak özellikle yerler halı olduğu için süpürme konusunda biraz daha dikkat edilmesi gerekiyor. Onun dışında kahvaltısı çalışanları konumu yeniliği kesinlikle tavsiye edilebilir bir otel.

Staff extremely unfriendly
Cons:

The hotel overall is not bad, although it has a few shortcomings. The gym is extremely small. Most disappointing, however, was the reception experience: Ms. Mila came across as arrogant, smug, condescending, and not very welcoming. A truly unprofessional attitude, and not what one would expect from a hotel of this standard.

Another very unpleasant aspect was the pervasive smell of cigarette smoke, everywhere from the bar area to the rest of the hotel. It was honestly disgusting and made the overall experience much less enjoyable.
