Pros:

When I booked there was no mention that the pool was down, that there was no real reception area, that the hotel had no amenities but plenty of trash and construction debris..and I was billed full price. Breakfast was cheaply done as well,

Overall it was a ok.. just the swimming pool issue..

Quiet and sleeping was good , room was good, television was good, that's what I always make sure before I make reservation

Room was comfortably spacey. Bedding and towels were very clean.

Cons:

This was a rather old building and some wall panels had spaces, bath tub handles were sort of coming off from the wall. The front of the hotel was under construction, so it wasn't the best situation.

Just amazing
Pros:

We just had a quick stop here. It was under construction and there was noise but didnt bother us. Breakfast was amazing and plenty of parking.

Just the construction at that time, we had to use a different entrance and it wasnt easy with lots of luggages
