Pros:

Lokalizacja, miła obsługa, dobra kuchnia.

Cons:

Przede wszystkim niesprawna klimatyzacja. Trafiłem na duży upał w Krakowie. Klima działała w dzień, ale wieczorem przestała. Ponieważ pokój był na najwyższym piętrze, noc miałem jak w piekarniku. Nie dało się spać. Z mniejszych wad: czarne małe poduszki - zaplamione; woda z brodzika prysznicowego słabo odchodziła (pok.303).

Bardzo fajna obsługa w restauracji podczas śniadania,duży wybór jedzenia , wszystko świeże i bardzo dobre, Polecam też obiady bardzo smaczne ładnie podane ;pani sprzątająca pokoje bardzo mila i pomocna, polecam ten hotel.

Pros:

Osoblje je preljubazno, u hotelu imaate sve sto je potrebno za boravak od nekoliko dana. Lokacija je odlicna, blizu centra, a opet u mirnom dijelu grada. Dorucak je ukusan i raznovrstan. Pri rezervisanju, zamolila sam za bračni krevet, jer nije bio na raspolaganju u tom momentu, izašli su mi u susret, na šta sam posebno zahvalana 😊
U Kravov ću se opet vratitii i sigurno ću izabrati hotel Wilga.
