Soggiorno piacevole per toccata e fuga a Cervia
Pros:

Accoglienza splendida e vista piacevole sulla spiaggia di Cervia e sul mare. La signora alla reception è gentilissima e disponibile. Colazione (all'albergo di fianco che lavora assieme al Diplomatic) buona e varia.

Hotel proprio davanti al mare. La camera era un pò piccola ed il bagno poteva essere un pochino più moderno. Nel complesso siamo stati bene. La colazione fantastica, viene fatta nell'hotel universal accanto ed è abbondante e di qualità.

La signora alla reception molto gentile, hotel fronte mare

Stanza in ritardo e purtroppo non pulita bene. Asciuga capelli molto scomodo. Frigo inutilizzabile. Colazione, altri pasti e pagamenti devono essere effettuati all’hotel Universal proprio accanto. Ridicoli mezza porzione di stelline in brodo per il bimbo 10€. Mi chiedo se avessi preso porzione intera 20€ per delle stelline in brodo??! Per la cena ci hanno fatto prezzo intero anche se buffet antipasti e dolci erano ormai finiti (siamo arrivati a cena alle 20.30) inoltre nel prezzo della cena caffè acqua e bevande escluse… comunque 45€ a testa per due spaghetti e un po’ di pollo con purè… Praticamente tra cena e tutto il resto come fare un’altra notte! Quando ho fatto presente queste cose alla reception (soprattutto per la camera in ritardo e poco pulita che con un bimbo piccolo non è il massimo) se ne sono fregati. L’hotel sarà anche bello ma esperienza pessima. Non torneremo.

Il personale dell'accoglienza (maschile) è stato scortese quando ho segnalato che il bimbo di 3 anni non avrebbe dovuto pagare la tassa di soggiorno. Dicendo (ironicamente) che si pagava dal primo di Maggio.
