Overpriced. Cockroaches, do not reccomend

We liked that it had a pool.

Cons:

We did not like that parking is not free, the pullout bed was terrible and I had to go buy an additional mattress for us to sleep there, we ended up not even staying the last day because it was so uncomfortable and had a 5am flight with two kids who needed a comfortable place to sleep. It feels like we wasted nearly $750 to stay in a dirty, uncomfortable room. No microwave, mini, mini fridge, the ac only worked 3/4 of the time and the pool was murky. The staff said parking would be “taken care of” and it was not. We were charged $47 upon checkout. I called same day to explain the worker had said it would be taken care of. They said they would have someone call back in thirty minutes and that didn’t happen. I called again the second day and the person insisted I was not told that and it’s all over the parking lot that parking is not free. I was told it would be taken care of upon arrival, hence the inquiry and follow up.

The location was nice. We were in a good location for Sea World.

Not very clean in the room we stayed in. Had to call for them to come up and tidy up some areas.

Not worth $200 a night.
Pros:

The Courtyard by Marriott San Antonio SeaWorld is literally a 6 minute drive to SeaWorld, this is great when you are done for the day and just want to get back to the hotel.

Cons:

The pool was absolutely disgusting. There was stuff floating in it (clumps of hair, paper, rocks, bugs). I’ve never seen a hotel pool with blue/while chlorine floaters. I was worried about my children once I realized how nasty the water was.
