Not good due to my reserved room given away and no longer available for me.
Pros:

Close proximity to sea world

Cons:

I had a reservation for a room that was booked weeks in advance, when I arrived to check in, I was told they no longer had the room I booked, when informed that I had a reservation, I was told it was first come first serve. The room they gave me, the water heater was going in and out when taking a shower.

Pros:

Staff was friendly

Cons:

The room was filthy and in disrepair, the walls were paper thin and you could hear everyone around you, the parking lot was a disaster with dumpsters and renovation debris, it wasn’t clear that parking was an additional charge before or during check-in, and there were no desirable amenities on the property

Our last time to stay here. We will find other lodging!
Pros:

We did not buy the hotel meals.

Cons:

It was too noisy from traffic especially motorcycles. The room walls and ceilings are very thin and it sounds like a heard of elephants running above your room and out in the hall. The bedside lampshades kept falling. Too pricey and no microwave in the room.
When we checked out they said they would send me an email with my receipt, that didn’t happen. It is crazy to pay their prices and then have to pay to park there!

Did not enjoy our stay below is a picture of some the fruit flies caught even in the new room

The people were great

Cons:

We were put in a room that had recently got disinfected due to fruit flies . The oder was overwhelming. We had to walk out and request new room. That night my husband had terrible headaches and coughs from it .
