Pros:

The swimming pool

Cons:

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, super loud at night, manager was very rude and not even willing to help me with my complaint, paying for parking? Pathetic! Never again will I stay at this location, personal at the front office, Albert just not people friendly

Good stay
Pros:

The staff was courteous and kind, always smiling. The facility was very clean but could use some updating and repairs, minor ones really. It was quiet and in a very good neighborhood located near everything.

Cons:

The beds were very uncomfortable. They are super hard. This is the second Courtyard Marriot that was like this so I'm guessing whoever they get their mattresses from had a good sale on ultra firm mattresses.
