Pros:

The rooms had everything we needed for 2 nights stay.
However, it was a lot smaller than expected or than pictured on the photos.
The area is quiet and well suited for a family.

Cons:

The bathroom is very small and outdated, with minor repairs needing to be made.

Pros:

The rooms were clean. Location is great but not very easy to find.

Cons:

There was no AC in the room, and the weather was unbearable. When I asked the hotel about it, they said they can only provide fans with extra fees. I agreed, and asked them to send it. But they never did. They did not even care to follow up on my request. There were AC grills in the suite, but they purposefully deactivated it. I can't seem to understand why. In summer, it should work automatically in the rooms.

Pros:

La stanza era molto carina e pulita, un pò piccola ma andava bene. Il letto comodo.

Cons:

I problemi sostanzialmente sono stati due: l'aria condizionata non funzionante che ci ha fatto patire moltissimo caldo e il set di cortesia inesistente (c'era solo il sapone per le mani, nessun bagnodoccia/shampoo/saponetta)

la citta di Praga è molto bella peccato per la casa
Pros:

la posizione era abbastanza centrale facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi di trasporto e nelle vicinanze c'erano mini market e bar

Cons:

purtroppo la casa presentava una grossa infiltrazione d'acqua su tutta la parete della camera da letto e nell'angolo cottura c'era muffa sulla parete si sentiva un forte odore ho già contattato booking per denunciare l'accaduto

Excellent value for the money, if you're just looking for a place to sleep. Pretty close to the city centre. The rooms were clean.

Cons:

However, you should be aware that one of the rooms has no proper window. Technically, there is a window, but it faces the inside of the building (opposite the lift). As a result, the room felt a little stuffy, and you could hear everything people were saying while waiting for the lift.

There were also no tea bags or coffee capsules, even though the room had a coffee machine and a kettle. Likewise, there was no shower gel provided in the bathroom.

Try and find somewhere air-conditioned!
Pros:

The room was clean and tidy

Cons:

The room was absolutely boiling. There was a heatwave a week before we arrived and if I was booked in then I would have changed hotels. The sun was on the room all afternoon and there was no air-conditioning and not even a fan was provided.
The bathroom was very small and there were no toiletries provided. The hairdryer was there for decoration.
The access codes are sent before check in and you get messaged walls of text which honestly made it quite annoying and felt like work.

la cama es mas o menos cómoda

estaba lleno de bichos por la pared y el techo, habia alguna araña cerca de la cama, el aire acondicionado no funciona bien, la temperatura del agua va mal, los vasos estaban llenos de polvo y al dormir no se paraban de escuchar taladros
