Pros:

The most unforgettable stay I had in India was at the St. Mark’s hotel. Since day one I felt treated like a princesse. Everything was done with care, patience and a big smile. The rooms were cleaned every day and the rooftop had the most mesmerizing view. The location of the hotel is perfectly situated in the city center, with a walking distance to a lot of places and tuktuk’s in front of the hotel. Breakfast had a lot of delicious options from Indian till western food. The restaurant had plenty of options as well and room service was the best one I had in a while. I never missed hotel staff as much I miss them. They made us feel welcomed and loved. They organized a wonderful Kerala new year’s buffet, made us try local food at MTR and gave us warm farewell. Thank you for the best stay ever, thank you for making me feel at home and especially thank you for always being there and making me smile through the eased journey! Warm hugs from Belgium!

An absolutely wonderful stay with beautiful interiors, perfect location, and delicious dining!
Pros:

I absolutely loved this place! It’s in a fantastic location with great local restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff are friendly, and both the breakfast and the lunch I had on-site were delicious. Highly recommend!

Annual review meeting

We had annual review meeting between 15-17April 2026,I would like to say that, our event was well organised, with excellent PA system, Buttler service and we had fantastic Food for all the three days and all the meals, I would like to place an appreciation note to the Chef Vimal, Mr.Menon the GM and the Head of Operations Miss Anusha, for such a amazing hospitality provided to us.

A haven of peace
Pros:

I only stayed less than 24 hours but I felt relaxed and welcome at the hotel. All the staff were pleasant and professional and helpful whenever it was needed.
My room and bathroom were excellent. Breakfast had a wide range of choices and I had a delicious omelette specially prepared.
I left my luggage on check out for several hours whilst I had a guided tour and on return I was welcomed back and allowed to relax with cool water whilst I admired the amazing tropical fish in the foyer.

A great experience!
Pros:

We had 60+ friends and family in town for a family wedding - all staying at St Marks over a few days. For such an important event it was crucial that everything go smoothly. I am so happy that everyone was so well taken care of by the entire team at the hotel. We heard so many compliments about the rooms and the food, and that the service was personal and warm while being extremely professional. It was perfect! Kudos to Mr Menon, Ms Amudha and entire team for creating a great culture of attention and hospitality. We are fans!

We had associated with St Mark's hotel on behalf of our clients for a wedding and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is ideally located at the heart of the city.
