Дуже зручний матрац. Раніше подобався спа.
Приїхали на один день з нагоди Дня народження чоловіка. Ми тут втретє з листопада. Найбільше хотілось спокійного відпочинку у спа, але цього разу це виявилось неможливим. Галас двох пʼяних жінок та їх дітей заважав абсолютно всім відпочиваючим. Адміністратор Іванна не зробила нічого, але точно бачила, що користуватись спа неможливо через цю «тусовку». Діти стрибали в обидва басейни, тому ними користуватись було неможливо.
В спа окрім цієї компанії перебували ще біля 10 людей.
Багато хто не витримував і просто йшов зі спа, ми в тому числі пішли о 18:40.
О 22 вирішили повернутись, сподіваючись, що пʼяної компанії не буде і можна буде спокійно сходити в сауни та поплавати. Компанія була в сольовому басейні, тому туди ми потрапити не змогли. А вишенька на торті — холодні сауни)))
Навіщо ви пишете, що спа працює до 23, якщо о 22 температура в сауні 40 градусів?
Короче, відпочинок зіпсований, чоловік засмучений максимально, я в абсолютному шоці від реакції адміністраторки («ну я підходила до тих жінок, але що я можу зробити, вони ж гості»). А всі решта хто? Не гості? Чи треба замовити пів меню з ресторана, пару десятків коктейлів і кілька пляшок просеко, і тільки тоді ми теж будемо гостями?
Дуже печальний досвід.
Номери потребують більш ретельного прибирання і хоча б мінімального ремонту.

Зупиняємось тут вже 3-й рік поспіль і багато з того часу змінилось , на жаль, не в кращий бік
Сніданки як і 3 роки тому такі ж самі , не змінилось буквально НІЧОГО, це трохи засмучує, тому що хочеться більшого різноманіття , якщо приходите на сніданок ближче до 10 розраховуйте на те, що нічого «смачного» вже не залишиться

Чисто, приємний запах свіжої білизни та самого номеру. Прибирання номеру відбувається щодня. Привітний персонал. Смачна кухня.
Один мінус, на момент перебування в спа, не працювало джакузі.

Забронировали всего лишь на два дня, и не зря. Ранее я оставляла хороший отзыв 9 баллов, но не в этот раз. Отель устраивает иногда мероприятия, с 11:00 до 22:00, очень громко играла музыка с басами, вибрировал и пол, и стены. Понимаю что законом разрешено, но и также считаю, что это неуважение к своим гостям, которые платят деньги чтобы отдохнуть у вас, поэтому хотя бы как минимум нужно предупреждать об этом, в тот же день забронировали другой отель, желание продлевать и оставаться не было. Вряд ли мы к вам вернёмся, так как в рулетку играть не хочется
Чисто! Гарне обслуговування, в готелі все продумано до дрібниць. Чудове СПА
