The entire staff at NH Collection Taormina comes together to create a truly lovely and relaxing stay in this beautiful Sicilian town. From the warm welcome at the front desk; to the accommodating efforts of the Housekeeping staff; and including the attentive service of the Restaurant & Bar Service Team; no wish or whim is left to chance. The Breakfast service is outstanding, both in variety and quality, as well as care and attention from the staff. Monica, Mary, Stefano, Giuseppe and Emmanuela are quick on their feet and watchful of whatever one may need or desire. Sarah's guidance as Concierge is invaluable. Her dedication to follow through with plans and reservations is admirable and deeply appreciated. Warmest thanks to Eleanora, Giovanni, Valeria, Cecelia, Clarissa and Lorenzo for welcoming us warmly and cultivating a space and feeling where we wanted to stay forever. We will certainly return to this wonderful hotel and its dedicated team. Thank you.
המיקום מצויין. חדר מרווח, בריכה והספא מצויינים הטיפול שקיבלנו מ Lucio היה מצויין..מסעדה טובה, ארוחת בוקר טובה, הצוןת של המלון אדיב ביותר, גם בחדר האוכל ,גם בבריכה וגם בקבלה ,תודתנו ל Sarah. . הכל היה פשוט מצויין. אין חנייה במלון אך בתשלום של 35 אירו ליום לוקחים את הרכב מהמלון ומחנים בחניון מקורה סגור וכשרוצים את הרכב מביאים לפתח המלון.
הדוש במקלחת היה מתחת לכל ביקורת. . השפריץ לכל הכיוונים . בתוך אמבטיה חצי סגורה.
This was our 2nd trip to Taormina, but the first time at NH Collection. We both felt that this experience was much better due to the hotel’s comfortable bed and room, as well as the ideally situated location and proximity to the town center, including the Teatro Antico, where we attended the Il Volo Concert, which was amazing and ever-so-memorable! Fabulous service was provided by not only Giovanni and Clarissa in Reception, but also by the housekeeping team (Diziana?), as well as Stefano, Monica and the rest of the breakfast team. The hotel has a working relationship with the beach clubs, so we went to La Caravella Beach Club. We were picked up at the time we selected (both going and returning). It was a short drive to the lido, a stunning, ever-so-clear water mini-paradise. Be sure to bring water shoes (or, perhaps buy a pair from a vendor that may stroll by), and enjoy a delicious seafood lunch at the open air restaurant The pebbles throughout the beach and in the sea are beautiful. We had a most memorable stay and highly recommend NH Collection. PS: upon departing, NH Collection gifted us with a small ceramic to remember them by.

From the minute you walk in you feel special. The staff are all so friendly, polite, helpful and attentive. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Taormina and I cannot find anything bad to say about it.

Myself and my wife took their presidential suite, and wow, what a joke!
For their "very best" the room we had had a broken sink, bath on/off button that was not attached to anything and was faulty, the shower was smaller than a UK phone box and was very worn and dated.
After switching on the spa tub, located on the roof terrace, it leaked and came through the ceiling of the bedroom, we had a huge leak that we feared would collapse, paint around the ceiling leak also started to immediately flake and looked like it had been snowing! There initial solution, "pop out for a few hrs and we will paint over the leak area"!!
This could not have been the first water issue as we counted 5 botched ceiling patches whereby they have cut a hole, placed a piece of plaster board and refixed with silicon.
After complaining several times we were finally moved to their other Suite. After seeing the same ceiling patches in this room we switched on the air conditioning. It didn't work!! we had two different maintenance workers turn up who simply turned the room power off and just said "it will reset after 10mins"! it never reset. After having no sleep due to the room temp we again complained, this time we were told, air conditioning is broken on our floor!! this new room also had a new spa tub canopy installed moments before and was left with screws and waste pieces on the floor.
Breakfast - tried an omelette (that you have to pay extra for!) and was raw in the middle! overall breakfast is very basic and they have a toaster that doesn't even toast! maybe why the roof terrace restaurant was always empty?
Hotel Pool - if using be quick, we noticed that people were taking the very few sunbeds at 9am and most lose their sun mid-day.
Cherry on the cake - compensation for the many issues we endured was cut in half and the customer relations manager denied all knowledge even though it was a face to face conversation!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for our honeymoon. The staff were very attentive and friendly yet efficient and professional. The room was lovely. It's position is ideal for the heart of Taormina. The pool area was immaculate and staff were constantly keeping it tidy and replenishing towels etc. The views from our balcony were excellent, as is the view from the pool and the rooftop bar. We really didn't want to come home and would definitely visit again.
A concierge made a booking error with me and I just apologized and said there was nothing I could do, I believe she should have tried to resolve or minimize the situation.
The NH collection hotel in Taormina was an excellent hotel and a wonderful experience.
The staff at the hotel were extremely professional and courteous and kind. All the restaurants were incredible. I was extremely impressed with this hotel and I Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Taormina.
Our stay at NH Collection Taormina was fantastic from beginning to end. What stood out the most was the exceptional service from the front desk team. We initially booked a room that wasn’t quite what we had expected. Although the hotel was fully booked for our first night, the staff handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism.
They offered to move us to a beautiful suite at no additional cost after the first night, which was an incredibly thoughtful gesture and made a huge difference to our stay. It’s this kind of customer service that truly sets a hotel apart.
The hotel itself is outstanding—modern, elegant, and perfectly located within walking distance of everything Taormina has to offer. Our suite had breathtaking views that we looked forward to every morning and evening, making the experience even more memorable.
The breakfast was excellent, the facilities were beautiful, and every member of the staff we encountered was friendly, attentive, and welcoming.
A sincere thank you to the entire NH Collection Taormina team for turning what could have been a small disappointment into an exceptional experience. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taormina.
