I had a wonderful 10-night stay at the Hyatt Regency Buffalo. A huge thank you to the amazing staff, especially the reception team, who were incredibly accommodating and did an excellent job managing my early check-in request when I arrived. The Queen Room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my entire trip. The service was consistent and professional from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean. Friendly staff. Big rooms
The room itself was great, awesome views, great layout and comfortable beds. Breakfast was great, valet was relatively efficient most of the time, and not all but most front desk staff were friendly. Location is amazing and honestly despite the issues listed below we would stay again.
There were some maintenance issues - some examples include part of curtain held up using a clothes hanger, paint peeled off bathroom door, bathtub plug broken so had to be removed to allow water to drain, plate in microwave was not the correct plate so it didn't rotate. There were also some small touches missing that I would have expected from such a nice hotel. No pen/paper in room, no laundry slips in the room (there was a laundry bag and a the service was as described but had to ask front desk for a laundry slip & pen). We stayed for 4 nights and our room was not serviced once during our stay. We had to ask for additional towels so we weren't using wet ones. When our other guests were arriving (they stayed night 2 & 3 but not 1 & 2) we asked the front desk for sofa bed to be made up, and that was done without issues. However when they left we asked for it to be folded/put away and we were somewhat rudely told "They don't do that, you can do it yourself".
The breakfast was great and always fresh. The omlet station was awesome and the cook making them was the best. Room was always clean and the area was great.

The front desk staff was very helpful. I'd lost my phone and came in rattled. They were helpful and supportive. The downtown location is good. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel breakfast is better than most. Have an omelet!

This property is a wonderful place to stay in Buffalo. From the moment we arrived, the valet staff and front desk team were welcoming, helpful, and professional. Our room was spotless and cozy—perfect for me and my two teenage grandchildren.
Even though the hotel was packed because of college move‑in week, the service never faltered. Breakfast was absolutely yummy, and the whole stay felt easy and enjoyable. We’ll be back for sure.

The food was great! The lobby was so attractive. The room was spacious and beautiful.
My room was partially dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned prior. There was sticky stuff and hair on the floor, spots on the mirror and feces on the shower curtain. The living room space had crumbs on the floor, there were no trash bags in the garbage cans. I also didn't like that there was no fitted sheet for the pull out bed. The re was clean. I also didn't like that I had to use valet parking. In the future I will not stay there again for that and the state of cleanliness in the room.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean.
