Very comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, very central location with a short walk to both Earls Court Tube and multiple buses towards Victoria, Westfield White City, Hammersmith etc.
Nothing, everything was great
Tutto.
Nulla.
Very close to the tube station and the stay was very comfortable.
There was no desk or chair to sit. That was the only thing that i didnt like .
Posizione buona e personale disponibile
La finestra era minuscola e non passava assolutamente aria, non c’è l’aria condizionata per cui con 27 gradi fuori ce ne erano 35 dentro
Great location!
No air in the room
Wnętrze, czystość, miły personel
Brak klimatyzacji i suszarki do włosów
Location is great, near a tube station, supermarket and a lot of eateries.
Die Lage, TV, großes single Bett und die freundlichkeit des Personals!
Die Dusche konnte man nicht auf kalt stellen.
Rest gut

The hotel fully lives up to its two-star rating — both in terms of facilities and service. The reviews I read before booking turned out to be accurate: great location in terms of the neighbourhood itself, public transport (including the Underground and buses), and walking distance to attractions (Kensington Park and Palace, as well as several museums nearby).
On the downside — the building is a traditional British townhouse: three storeys, narrow, and therefore no lift, with quite a steep and narrow staircase. Unfortunately, this is not highlighted in the property description.
We booked a triple room. The beds were comfortable and the room was in good condition — not freshly renovated, but with no issues like marks on the walls, cracks, or broken bathroom fittings.
One thing worth noting: there is genuinely no cold water in the shower( just warm), only at the sink — which is, of course, a drawback. We happened to visit during a hot weekend — top floor, sunny side — and it was stuffy even with the window open. That said, I'd frame this less as a complaint and more as a heads-up for anyone planning a stay: factor in the heat.
What I do consider a proper minus is the room windows overlooking the Underground line — it's noisy from early morning until almost midnight. Again, the issue isn't so much the noise itself (it didn't bother me greatly), but the fact that it isn't mentioned in the specific room description.
The only real complaint — housekeeping: the bed is made daily, but the carpet is never hoovered, dust is not wiped down (there was a thick layer on the bed headboard),
.
Everything else was "+" : the staff were polite, and the room itself was quiet in terms of noise from neighbouring rooms. The only thing personally I missed having a foot towel
If the issues I've described above were addressed, I'd give the hotel a top rating.
Put all pros and cones above
The bed, the bathroom, and the lady at the reception.
Great location!
Earl's Court was a great station for us
The bed was a little hard, not as comfortable as it looked.
