The location
The room smelled like painting. It was so intense.
Great location, clean room, comfy beds.
We stayed in the middle of a heatwave and although an electric cooling fan was provided it did not have much impact in cooling the room. The old windows were the type that would not stay open independently. It would have been useful if there was a way to keep the windows open to let in the fresh air.
Nice clean hotel, happy with my stay I'd definitely come again and recommend the same thing for anyone else.
The building didn't have a lift, I would have preferred it if they did have one in their building.
I was recommended this place from friend after they stayed here and I am really happy they did, location was fantastic and it was great value for money.
nothing really to say.
Cosy, clean, comfortable room with sea view. Very close to beach and short walk to town. Staff friendly and helpful. Very good value for money. Would book a room here again.
There wasn't anything to not like
Everything
The stairs it’s because our room was on the top floor.
Booked at short notice for a night out in Brighton with a mate and was a comfortable place
I booked room on the spot n it was really cheap according to others hotels most important thing it's located close to the city centre n next to i360 Brighton. We had really good time overthere. Staff were very cooperative n friendly. Thank-you.
Everything was perfect but I'll rate 8.5 out of 10 just because I got room on 4th floor n i got tired 😫 with stairs. Otherwise everything was really good 👍
Location is fantastic
Nothing it’s cheap and cheerful
clean, comfortable, good value for money.
nothing
Came down from London for a short break in Brighton after getting off the train and walking up from the station, it was nice to check in somewhere calm and clean. The hotel itself was simple but comfortable, and everything felt well looked after. Staff were friendly in a low-key way, which suited the stay.
The room took a little while to cool down, but it wasn't a major issue.
Perfect location, close to the beach and shops.
My room (3a with shared bathroom) was small but perfect for a travelling cyclist.
The shared bathroom looked a little worn out and needs some attention.
It has a bath and shower head but I’m someone who prefers a shower cabin. I don’t like kneeling in a bathtub.
