Amazing weekend away
Pros:

What a great hotel to find for a night away to see Fatboy Slim on the beach!!
Amazing location and easy to find too.
Opposite i360 and the old pier.
Reception staff were amazing and welcoming, answered all my questions about the hotel and were so friendly.
The room was a brand new refit and the bed was so comfy I didn't want to check out.
Bathroom was immaculately clean and decor was contemporary which fits with Brighton's ambience.
Definitely coming back (booked in again for Moby this weekend)

Cons:

Absolutely nothing not to enjoy!!

Convenient, but basic.
Pros:

Good location, large room, very quiet considering proximity to the city centre.

Cons:

Room was shabby, and dirty, and smelt of stale cigarettes.
