Great value clean room. Breakfast voucher available at the Regency Resturant as an added extra. Very happy with my stay.
None it was value for money
Amazing stay here, came down from London price was great. Very happy with the room would definitely come again.
It's a bit of a walk from the train station probably about 15 minutes or so
Booked this last minute pleasantly surprised when I got to the hotel. 100% would come here again next time I'm in Brighton. Did not disappoint at all
Parking is a bit difficult but I understand it's like anywhere in central Brighton.
Very friendly and very good value for money
Nothing
impolite receptionist
no toilet in room
tiny shower
room in the middle of a current construction site
poky room in the basement
No complaints, happy with everything overall. Room was tidy, hotel was decent, great location.
lots of stairs to climb if you're in one of the rooms at the top
Great location , comfy bed
Needs TLC especially in bathroom, noise of pump when flushing toilet or running water is disturbing. Early morning wake up by local shouting and swearing outside..
Situation ,Price
A lot of modernisation needed .Saying that the hosts did everything they could for our stay.
I thought the advert for the hotel rather undersold itself. I was blown away by the seafront location and the regency architecture. The room was big and tall and rather homely. It said that the facilities were shared but it was actually en suite. The room was ground floor back so the view was nothing to write home about but I didn't go there to stare out thd window. It was literally on top of the parking and a stones throw from lots of pubs and eating places. It was also close to the venue we were visiting. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The view from our room but it was of no consequenc as I said.
Absolutely scam !!!! 100%
Location was best. very close to the beach, with lots of eating, shops and evening life easily walkable nearby but on a very quiet square. Hotel had some original features and charm Very reasonably good value for a budget traveller at the time of visit. Helpful and polite reception staff.
No lift, a bit sqeaky and dated in places, Could possibly have been a bit tidier.
