The location is excellent. The room is comfortable unfortunately the toilet had some weird smell.

A gem of a hotel right on the sea front - wonderful.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Near the sea and easy access to all shops.

Cons:

Being on 3rd floor meant climbing 60 steps as no lift access.

Ok for the price.
Pros:

Location was alright, staff were friendly and helpful.
Cheap for the night, didn't expect anything flashy
Was OK for the price.

Cons:

Bathroom had a strange smell,
The room smelt of cigarette smoke so had to keep window open but isn't a reflection on the staff or hotel owners.

The staff are absolutely delightful. Incredibly helpful and accommodating. My room is very clean and very well appointed and for the price it's a total no brainer.

Pros:

The shower itself was of good quality.

Cons:

Had to go up to the 4th floor carrying my bags with n lift. Was not informed of this before my stay. Very noisy guests kept me awake. Need to improve their shower products.

I love this place. It is individual and you will not find a better atmosphere.

I love the staff at this place. I think it is family-run and they are so kind and caring. I love the facilities, and the location is excellent.

Appalling breach of my financial data
Pros:

It’s in a great location within walking distance of most things.

Cons:

I had paid a week in advance. When we checked in, I noted something was written on the reverse of the registration paper. They had hand written and kept my entire credit card details, including the the 3 digit CSV Code. I was horrified.

Friendly clean hotel close to town and beach.
Pros:

Staff really friendly. Complementary mint chocolates! Private toilet. Comfy beds. Tea and coffee making. Close to beach and i360.
