W-LAN funktionierte nicht
Schlüsseltresore so angebracht, dass man, wenn man den Koffer nicht vor der Türe stehen lassen wollte, kaum hinkam
Extrem schmale und steile Treppe, kein Lift
Very clean
Could be noisy due to street noise and other guests
The rooms were very clean
The bed was very comfortable
Coffee machine a bonus. 😁
Nothing.
Great location
Lots of narrow stairs , a problem if your unsteady and insufficient toilet paper
It was in a good location. Easy access
There were some unsavory characters hanging around at the front at night. When leaving our bags we were told to leave in the hallway...this didn't sit right with me. The room needed some cosmetic things doing to it but it was comfortable and clean enough for one night.
Close to train station, was easy to get to. Very good for an overnight stay
Clean fresh great location friendly welcome everything you need & great value up to date decor & lovely bedding & towels easy check in & out 💕
Excellent location
Location
Everything is dirty
La proximité avec la gare c’est top chrono moins de 10 minutes à pieds. Les instructions étaient faciles et claires.
L’immeuble est mal insonorisé, on entendait les autres comme s’ils étaient dans la même chambre que nous.
Easy access to property - self check-in
Water pressure in shower is terrible, not very convenient bathroom if you are not stying alone.
Prior to arriving it proved impossible to speak to anyone at the hotel as not even the 24 hour contact number was answered. Following a call to booking.com a dialogue was eventually established via the app. The room was OK though it was certainly not luxury as advertised. The windows overlooking the busy road were not double-glazed, so we needed to sleep with earplugs. A positive aspect was the presence of a small fridge. The bed was clean and comfortable. The shower was good with plenty of hot water. The room was clean but some areas were not, such as the cupboard doors beside the toilet. The wardrobe was tiny - we had to remove an ironing board from it so as to hang clothes. Beware of the stairs up and down the floors, as they are steep and each step is narrow. There were no glasses, not even plastic beakers. We had to drink everything out of 2 ceramic mugs! A number of coffee capsules were provided for the somewhat dilapidated coffee percolator, but not for our last day. So we will not return unless a better alternative is not available.
