Nice hotel at a reasonable rate.
Pros:

Great location and layout of room. Breakfast was good. It was nice for me to have a place in the room to work while my wife slept.

Cons:

Common areas needed to be cleaned better. All of the tables outside were dirty with dried on food and some with bird poop. We had to ask for a cloth to clean the table so we could play games on them. Most metal such as brass definitely need a good cleaning. That being said our room was clean.

Great stay and beautiful hotel.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was very nice. The pool was also very nice and relaxing.

Cons:

The weekend we stayed was very busy, so we had to wait a bit for a luggage cart.

Charming Stay in a Great Location
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay in Mission Viejo and really liked the beautiful, upscale neighborhood. The location was convenient for visiting Crystal Cove and Laguna Beach. The hotel has a charming old-school atmosphere, and breakfast was pleasant.

Cons:

Considering the price we paid, the hotel feels quite dated and is in need of a significant renovation. The rooms and facilities could definitely use a refresh.

Clean hotel with a great price in a peaceful location.
Pros:

The location is quiet, right next to toll road and not far from the freeway. The hotel is super clean, has a great complimentary breakfast and a nice courtyard.

Cons:

I wish the beds were a higher quality.
