The staff was very amazing. They accommodated my parking for double bed room, not being available.

We tried to switch to several rooms due to the bad state of upkeep we ended up just checking out and drove 2 1/2 hrs

The rooms were in a very bad state of upkeep the bathroom tub had bad soap scum stains, moldy caulking around the tub and ants crawling on on the bed

NOTHING like the pictures at all . Very dirty . We were so disappointed we left after an hour . Didn’t feel comfortable enough we literally said take our money we’re out . had no clue it was that dirty the pictures seemed very clean and that’s my fault for not looking at reviews. The pool was a dirty light green hair everywhere all in the pool , windows were open and broken , there was hairballs all over the floor . My room had idk if it was a blood stain or some sort of chocolate.
