Cons:

It did not look like the online pictures. It was dirty and we did not feel safe. They need a complete renovation. The pool was dirty.

Comfortable room. Polite staff. Other features need attention and quality improvements.
Pros:

I liked the size of the room. I liked the spacing and furnishing of the room. I liked the persons who checked me in and out. I liked being close to the liqour store and Wawa. I liked the Bar/grille being across the street.

Cons:

I saw a roach run across my door on Sunday. I thought the TV was pretty small. The wifi signal was weak. I checked in near 6pm. The pool water was pretty soupy and unclear. The pool area had wet towels thrown about. Pool closets with gear and chemicals were wide open. It looked like a hazard. Posted hours were not being enforced as their were children in the pool after 11pm. Some unsupervised.

Breakfast on Sunday morning was horrid. I was there about 8am. Eggs were being replenished about 4 at a time. Ran out of eggs often. Tray holding sausage was cold to the touch. No sign of staff. I went to Front Desk to see about eggs.
Microwave- out of order.
2 waffle makers. One out of order. The other programmed for wrong temperature or wrong time- because waffles came out half cooked and gooey. Batter for waffles was watery. We went to Wawa.

Not worth the money spent
Pros:

The pool was nice but only open for 2 days of our stay. The bed was okay.

Cons:

Shower was dirty ,bathroom gloor tiles were lifting, not enough towels in the bathroom and difficult to get some, breakfast was too small for the crowd. Guest Laundry wasn't working, had to pay 10 bucks a night for parking, disappointed for the price.

Horrible. Do not recommend!
Pros:

Room was decent size and what we expected for our purchase

Cons:

Cleanliness was lacking. Towels were not ready for our room upon arrival. The breakfast was horrible!!!!! Meat was uncooked and raw and when staff was made aware nothing was done. Eggs were cold and needed to be microwaved. Juice machine was broke, juice provided was awful and watered down! Toaster was broken. Ice machine on our floor was broken! Limited supply of other options available!

Pros:

Good coffee, Belgian waffles, eggs and sausage. Yogurt, juice.

Cons:

All good as the hotel makes our visit to the Jersey Shore a nice one.

I would stay there again
Pros:

After reading some of the reviews, I was surprised how nice it was for the price and location. The room was clean. We were able to get extra toiletries when we needed them. Decent basic continental breakfast (except for the sausage). The pool is open 10a-10p.

Cons:

Some of the furniture and fixtures were outdated and or in need of repairs, but they were still functional. The sausage on the continental breakfast was questionable, it didn't seem to be cooked all the way. The only ice machine is on the 1st floor.

Nice stay.
Pros:

Loved the room. Loves the service. Loved the breakfast next a.m. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

Not impressed with the bathroom. It had dirt and stains on the shower which I washed away. The lights had stains on them.

Cheap but kinda gross. Room was fine, staff was nice.
Pros:

The sleeping area was fine.

Cons:

Bathroom was a mess, e.g. tile floors cracked, door didn't shut properly or lock. We thought the elevator was going to give out on us and the breakfast area did not have a single untorn seat. We also had to pay for parking which is a joke in such a remote area.
