Nice family apartment but suffers elevator experience
Pros:

The location close to lippo mall like less 5 minutes walk. Basically crossing the road. The rooms with 3 bedrooms for the price I paid, i will come again. The pool looks great though didn't try it. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread are decent great but the hall ac are poor.

Cons:

Yes it's an old apartment building but they need to fix this very fast. The breakfast hall is very hot as the air conditioning hardly manage to cover the area. We forfeit our family breakfast for 2 days after our 1st day experience. We prefer self cooking and order grab food. The elevator, only 1working out of 3. We end up queing up every time going up for more than 10mins. We did use the service elevator but still inconvenient. The phone not working as smooth or answered inconsistently. We end up giving up on concierge service upon check out which also inconvenient, don't forget about the elevator drama. Now, the Management needs to fix all this or loses customers. I only wish all the best to the working team.

Old, run down, good breakfast
Pros:

The rooms are spacious, with kitchen and washing machine in the suites. The breakfast is great.
Unfortunately the rooms are run down and not cleaned properly (eg light switches). There were cocroaches in the rooms and the 4 lifts for the entire hotel of 56 floors weren't sufgicient. Weekends seem extremely busy, where breakfast is a struggle and getting an elevator unfathomable.

Amazing Staycation
Pros:

This hotel location is strategic, easy access anywhere, the facilities are complete, and all of employees are friendly, very helpful, and fast response. Swimming Pool in this hotel is very large and Outdoor Playground is good. This hotel near from Lippo Nusantara Mall. Thank you for your best hospitality especially for Mrs. Karina, Mrs. Anggi, Mrs. Sofia (FO Staff), Mr. Owen (HK Staff), and all of employee HF Staff because they had been made my staycation is very amazing which is they had been prepared my wedding anniversary in my room and also staycation in here. We will come back again with my mom and my mother in law.

Great stay, but...
Pros:

Stayed here for 1 night. I got the family room. It was a special experience. The hotel provide kids dinner, kids dessert and the playroom with kids room also.

Breakfast food can be upgraded. I appreciate the taste, but the variety of european food can be added.

Please also check the sanitation. There are many small cockroaches in the room.

Classic hotel and excellent service
Pros:

I stayed with my family for couple days.
This second time for us stayed at Aryaduta Semanggi.
The services are great, especially from the receptionist Mas Ikhwan, he helped me a lot.
The breakfast also good.
The room was clean as well but I think tv need to be improve with Android TV.
