Chambres située dans un vrai jardin tropical, c’est magnifique et très reposant.
Les salariés sont très gentilles et serviables.
Et l’accueil est digne d’un 5 étoiles français.

Cons:

La bouilloire rouillé de l’intérieur et plastique à l’extérieur, (c’est cancérigène, il faut les changer par des bouilloires en inox), le faites que les fenêtres et portes soient dans le style balinais c’est très beau mais laissent passer les insectes et j’ai la phobies des lézards, il y en avait tous les jours qui rentraient dans ma chambres par plusieurs. Heureusement les hommes de la réception venaient les attraper.

Mould on shower screen. White towels were more grey than white, threadbare and holes in them. Having to go look for someone to get service at the pool bar.

Si on l'avait su,on y serait resté plus longtemps!

Tres bel hotel,bien placé pour toutes les sorties et plage.
Tres au calme et bon petit-dej.
Belle piscine malgré quelques travaux bruyants juste à coté(ce n'était que momentanée).
Plage avec tres beau coucher de soleil à 500m.

Overall a nice clean hotel in a good location.
Pros:

A nice quiet hotel in the traditional style but with modern amenities. Good location a few minutes walk from Seminyak beach and from the main area for bars and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool area with a pool bar where you can drink a cocktail sitting in the pool. The rooms are surrounded by beautiful gardens and every room has a table and chairs on the balcony overlooking them. We had a standard room that we were very happy with but our friend had booked a bigger room with a traditional vaulted ceiling which was amazing and had a big bathroom with a huge bath and a separate dressing room.

Cons:

A new hotel is being built next door which will look better when it is finished. But there was no noise or disturbance and it didn’t affect our stay.

Pros:

Beautiful external communal areas for dining, relaxation, swimming etc. Lovely staff, very friendly and attentive. Quiet location in easy walking distance to central amenities and beach. Free airport pick-up. The room had small but private external seating area.

Cons:

Unfortunately our room didn’t live up to expectations. The interior was fairly tired and in need of redecoration. The worst point was the condition of the towels, once white and fluffy but now grey, limp and lifeless. Bed linen also well past it’s best. It was a great shame as the external communal areas were really lovely.
