A great hideaway from the business of Seminyak, retains Bali rustic charm with beautiful gardens, great staff and quiet

Had a lovely, relaxing time, comfortable, clean rooms with beautiful gardens.

Very traditional hotel which has lovely gardens, rooms clean and comfortable, staff lovely and always happy to help. I found the hotel to be close to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

Cons:

Pool could do with a little updating.

Traditional Villa
Pros:

Free shuttle from airport. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Included breakfast had a nice variety of foods. Eggs made to order. Villa was traditional, spacious with everything we needed, very clean. It was private and very quiet apart from fireworks in the evening. Villa serviced daily.
7 minute walk to Sunset beach. M mart, bar or ice cream all within 3 minute walk. Close to many restaurants, vendors.

Cons:

Hotel was a bit dated.
Coffee was not filtered, thick tar in the bottom of our cups. We were bitten by a few mosquitos in the villa. The curtain around the bed did not keep them out and the electric repeller did not seem to keep them away. Pillows were lumpy. Loud bangs every night, still happening after midnight, every hour or so, possibly fireworks.

Hidden Paradise
Pros:

Traditional, small and friendly staff.
Villa 1 was spacious with private garden, 2 patios and outdoor bath. We had a dressing room and generous ensuite.

Needed a bit of maintenance but good value.

Fabulous, family run, older style hotel with beautiful gardens, lovely staff and convenient location
Pros:

Repeat guests and we enjoy the older style hotel and villas. We always take a Villa, great pool and convenient to walk everywhere

Great stay - would go back
Pros:

Pool was great - staff were wonderful. Breakfast food was adequate - can't complain when all included. CLose to the beach and the action of Seminyak.

Free collection from the airport was WONDERFUL

Cons:

No complaints in all honesty. Remember to duck when you enter your room - the doorway is low. Stairs if you are on the upper level are a bit narrow to get large suitcases up

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Foodcwas delicious. Ambience and pool area was perfect, clean and the dining area over looks the pool its perfect and its so easyvto walk to beach and shopping, coffee, laundry, resturants. But so so quiet

Overall a lovely stay for the money we paid

Staff were so friendly and welcoming, Breakfast was yummy, Lots of sun beds, absolutely stunning gardens and Location was great.
