Good, the staff were really good
Pros:

The hotel had facilities like a pool bar, laundry and a gym. Even though the gym was very small and limites it was food that it was there.

Cons:

The location is not great at all. Even grabs were struggling to get in and out. The hotel has a weird path to the rooms or my particular room which has a ramp that I almost slipped on when my shoes were wet cause of the rain. The gym could really use with an upgrade and the entrance is a bit weird cause you have to go around the buffet area cause its blocked by plants.

Better for couples and families. Not solo traveler hotel. Didnt know that till I got there
Pros:

Mostly pretty good. Not really a solo traveler hotel.

Cons:

They put me in a room with a connecting door to the next room. Connecting doors in this part of the world always have poor sound insulation compared to the walls so I had to listen to everything my neighbors said. Fortunately they went to bed early.

Incredible stay! Highly recommend.
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay!! This hotel feels like a little oasis amongst the hustle & bustle of Kuta. Quiet, peaceful, relaxing & in a perfect location. Mini mart nearby also.
The property is well maintained & always looked lovely… so lush & green. We especially liked the fish in the pond. (We had a huge balcony overlooking the pond… was very relaxing!) Food was nice. Staff always polite & helpful. Beautiful massages available near the pool. Great cocktails. Can’t fault it really!

Cons:

Our room was a little dated/ tired and could do with a facelift!

Home away from home. Staff are like family to us
Pros:

From arriving at the hotel, the staff were amazing. Welcome drink is so refreshing. The staff are long term so you see the same faces each time you stay. Breakfast has alot to choose from each day. Coffee is also drinkable.
Alot of the rooms have been recently renovated and have been done well. The pool is central to al rooms and is great with a swim up bar. Beds are comfy. Grounds are beautiful.
Hotel is very quiet as its tucked down a small laneway which is also lined with shops.
Each night in the restaurant there is entertainment so you dont even have to leave if you dont want to.
Ive been staying in this hotel for over 20 years now with clocking up over 40 stays so far and planning alot more still.
