Ottimo Hotel, curate i particolari e varrà tutte le sue 4 stelle.
Pros:

Posizione, Hall accogliente, personale bureau efficiente, cordiale, disponibile. Pulizia spazi comuni, insonorizzazione.

Cons:

abbiamo soggiornato dalla domenica e partiti il mercoledì, le prime due mattine colazione ok, buffet ottimo, ben assortito, personale ok. Il mercoledì mattina, buffet scarso, molti prodotti finiti e non riassortiti, la seconda macchina delle bevande calde non erogava nessun tipo di caffè, (cassetto dei fondi pieno!), ho dovuto prendere 5 tazze da cappuccino per trovarne finalmente una pulita! Il bagno della camera, datato, con piastrelle sbeccate, l'asse del WC in condizioni non idonee, porta doccia difettosa.

Cons:

In camera non funzionava la tapparella, la pulizia lasciava a desiderare, non c'era la luce sui comodini ai lati del letto. Nella doccia e sul bidet non vi era il sapone. Per colazione era finito il latte vaccino e il personale ha spiegato che non ne avevano più e stavano aspettando arrivasse.

4 étoiles? Non, 3 étoiles grand maximum
Pros:

Hôtel très propre, personnel agréable et souriant, situation géographique bonne, quartier très calme.

Cons:

Salle de bain bien agencée mais qui meriterait un sérieux lifting (carrelage abîmé), douche défectueuse (bouton de réglage manquant: nous l'avons signalé, mais rien n'a changé ).
Petit déjeuner médiocre, pas mauvais mais minimaliste dans les choix possibles.
Literie peu confortable, matelas très fermes.
Impression générale d'un établissement sans âme, juste fonctionnel, et encore...

Würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Prima Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr angenehme Zimmergröße, sehr gutes Bad. Tolle Kissen und Betten. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr gut geschlafen. Ausreichendes italienisches sehr gutes Frühstück. Ruhig! Großer Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Rezeptionsteam sprach sehr gut Englisch falls erforderlich. Viele italienische Gäste. Aufgrund der mittleren Größe der Stadt für Kurztrip oder als Basis zum Erkunden des nördlichen Piemont geeignet. Zu Fuss sind es 15-20 min. bis ins Zentrum.

Soddisfacente in tutto, così da permettere il pieno rilassamento del viaggiatore.
Pros:

La colazione era buona, abbondante e variegata.
La posizione è un buon compromesso per raggiungere l'albergo e per raggiungere da esso le destinazioni di interesse.
Il personale molto gentile, presente, solerte ed efficiente, includendo la reception, le ragazze di sala forse in stage dall'alberghiero, il personale delle pulizie.

Cons:

Servirebbe una pianificazione migliore delle offerte della colazione e degli spazi dedicati alla loro esposizione, perché alcune avanzano, data la scelta molto ampia che obbliga a sceglierne una parte minore (torte, brioches, ecc) ed altre si esauriscono frequentemente, complicandone il consumo (bacon, uova strapazzate, pancakes, ecc.).
