Pros:

予約していたタクシーがホテルを間違えて来なかったときタクシー会社に連絡してくれた。帰りのフライトに間に有った

Cons:

何時もバスタブ付きのバスルームだったが今回はシャワーだけだった、専用バスルームとあったのでてっきりバスタブがあると思っていた。テレビが一時故障した。

A perfect stay every time.
Pros:

This is like my home away from home when I visit Bangkok. The prices are great for all you get. Large, very clean rooms with a washer dryer that makes a long stay so easy. Great facilities, and love the yoga on Sunday mornings, but what makes this place special for us is the staff and the customer service. They are all fantastic. Nuk, Bitoey, Usman, and Lek in the dining room with great service with a smile. The cooks all greeted us as we came in. They just made coming down for breakfast such a pleasure. Ya and Jum were always asking if we needed a shuttle and anything else we needed or had questions with, they took care of immediately. Fourt and the team at the front desk handled everything perfectly. They even took care of my next reservation here and receipts and information were in my email within an hour. Last but certainly not least and who really deserves a five star mention was Khung who cleaned the room. Yes, it was super clean but it was the customer service she provided. There were many days that we needed to leave late in the afternoon and it was never a problem. We came back and it looked nicer than when we checked in. This is why I come back here time after time.

A great stay was had!

A great place to stay for a few days in a very well connected part of f
Bangkok. The rooms are very good size and having a washing machine really does help.

A special shout out to James Ray who was very attentive and friendly in the downstairs lobby.

I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing experience in Bangkok! Highly recommended the Adelphi the staff have been fantastic and the facilities are top notch, very well maintained.. The hotel offers close proximity to transport and nearby city sights. Thank you Mr James concierge, Ms Fort front office, Sing restaurant and Sa housekeeping you all have made my experience in Bangkok extra memorable!!

Pleasant Stay with Friendly Staff
Pros:

I had a good stay at Adelphi Grande Sukhumvit. The hotel is well located, the pool is excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The room was comfortable, overall, it was a pleasant stay with great service and good facilities. I would rate it 4 out of 5 stars.

Cons:

Cleanliness could have been better in some areas. Breakfast was probably the weakest point for me. The selection was quite limited, especially for international guests. Most of the options were Thai dishes, which may be great for some travelers, but it's not what I typically enjoy eating in the morning. Another disappointment was the shower, which had very little water pressure and barely produced enough water for a comfortable shower.

EXCELLENT HOTEL. I would like to highly recommend & thank Khun Jame & Khun Ya. Both have provided optimal care, hospitality, amazing rapport, and exceptionally over exceeded my expectations. They are one of the many top reasons I come back to this hotel when I vacation in Thailand and also recommend to my family/friends when coming. I feel at ease knowing they will take excellent care of me.

Overall 100% highly recommend: staff are welcoming, rooms clean, area safe, and atmospheres quiet. Location: 3 min walk to Main Street. Great value for location. Can’t wait to come back and see the staff again!
