Clean, generous rooms great location

Great location, spacious well-equipped room with full kitchen, more like a studio apartment. I am now adding to this review after arriving home. Our front desk and contact person Dana was very helpful at check in time. He made sure we were acquainted with the available facilities and surrounding area and its features. This location is near downtown Boston and is accessible by car or public transportation. The room features a full kitchen with range, coffee maker and microwave, plus a full sized refrigerator. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning unit worked to perfection. You don't feel cramped because the rooms are wide open and spacious. The closed has a iron hair dryer. The Charles River is located at the rear of the hotel and there is a pathway you can walk down for the views, and it is used by bicyclists too This hotel, like others have said is privately owned and operated. Truly a hidden gem. If you must have a cookie cutter corporate hotel, look elsewhere. If you want a great experience, without overpaying Boston rates, choose this location. We would most definitely stay here again, nice job Crescent Suites.
A grab bar in tub area would be good safety addition.

We were so amazed by our host and the hotel. Great location with lots of restaurants and stores nearby, beautiful lake by the property and very helpful host. I hope we will get back there soon :)

It’s about the only property that was available near Waltham commercial centre.
The rooms are a good size, the (noisy) AC worked during the heatwave, the kitchen is functional, the hanging space is functional, the bathroom is functional. There is a coin-operated laundry room on site. There is an elevator that works.
There is plenty of on-site parking. It is quiet, and close to the river. About 15 minutes walk to coffee, bars and shops.
The rooms are no longer serviced at all during your stay. We stayed for 10 days. It was up to us to wash and dry our bed linen and towels.
Reception staff are only on site for a few hours per day (afternoon-early evening). It was like they were glad they only had to collect the money and hand out the key. No actual service since Covid days.
The room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff friendly and accomodating. The room was also very spacious with a full kitchen. I would stay here again.
