My staying was very good I felt like a queen. Staff was very friendly and polite. The hotel met all the Ada standers. I

Booking.com is definitely NOT recommended by me as the experience I had was awful.
Pros:

It was definitely NOT the property. I booked through booking.com, received a confirmation but when I got to the hotel, they did not have my reservation nor any rooms available. I was stuck with 3 children ( 1yr, 6 yr & 8 yr ) Just coming from a funeral too. Then had to find another hotel which cost me $78 more and booking.com said they would only reimburse me up to $38. When I went to the link given, it then said it could not be found. I will NEVER use you again and I will share my experience with everyone I know

Outstanding customer service.
Pros:

Got delayed in Rosenburg and had to book a late room and the app was not being very accomidating trying to get a room booked cause of the time of night and Kendra was problably the best customer service representive i have come across!
There was a new system implemented and Kendra made sure that i would be accomidated, was really refreshing to have someone who bascially really cared about the customer and the service they provided. Nice clean room, great shower, and the coffee on point! Definitly recommend.
