⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay & Exceptional Customer Service!
My husband and I had a wonderful experience! This was our first time staying at this Embassy Suites, and we were impressed from the start. The atmosphere was beautiful, check-in was quick and easy, and our room was spacious, clean, and truly felt like a home away from home.
We encountered one small issue, but Billy Johnson immediately offered options and made it right with professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service.
The complimentary happy hour and breakfast were amazing! At checkout, Dianeah was very kind and professional, and Jo T. truly went the extra mile by making additional adjustments because of the issue we experienced. Her kindness and genuine concern really stood out.
The way the staff took care of us made all the difference. We will definitely be back and happily recommend this Embassy Suites to others! ❤️👏🏾

The front desk staff was horrible, rude, and very unconcerned.
The hotel stated that they had an outage and said my room was canceled but they were only using paper. Called booking.com and the representative told the staff that the reservation was active and they still would not provide me with a room and stated I need to find somewhere else to stay. The representative from booking.com asked to speak with the staff I gave the staff the phone and she stated that she would not accommodate me and that the representative better not call the hotel phone and then proceeded to hang up my personal phone on the representative. It was an awful experience and I will NEVER book at Embassy Hotel Springs. I will also tell the whole church convention group about how I was treated. We come and book there every July😡😡
Booked this property due to close proximity to the National Park which is about three blocks away. Be aware that the area surrounding the property is not well kept and gave us a bad vibe about the property. We ended up cancelling our stay from the parking lot and booking a different hotel in the area. Hotel staff was professional and accommodating in assisting us cancel the reservation. I cannot objectively offer a view of the hotel itself other than there are much nicer areas and hotels near Lake Hamilton and still within a 10-to-15-minute drive of the National Park.
