The location was good. It was an easy walk to downtown, and if you were there for a conference, it couldn’t get any better.

Cons:

I have a severe allergy to feathers. I called, messaged and called again the morning of check in to be sure we were in a feather free room. There was still a feathered pillow on my bed. Also, there was no bedding for the pull out couch even though I indicated we would have 6 people in our room. I asked for bedding for the pull out and for a pillow to replace the feathered one at 8:30pm. By 10:30pm, we still had not seen anyone from housekeeping. We went to bed without bedding.
Billy at the front desk was very kind and apologetic, but it needs to be noted that this happened.

Embassy Suites at the Convention Center in Hot Springs was an excellent place to stay at a great price!
Pros:

It was close to everything. We loved the free drinks and snacks in the evening. Breakfast was included and prepared us for our day of sightseeing.

10/10 would stay again!
Pros:

I love the suit having a bedroom and livingroom! The staff was excellent, helpful and very friendly. Very close to downtown. They asked if we wanted a low or high floor and he said he would get us a high room with a mountain view and it was so beautiful to wake up to every morning. They also text asking how your stay is or if you need anything. The last night they asked if we needed late checkout I asked how much it was because we wanted to go gem mining one last time and would need showers before going home And they added an extra hour for us. 10/10 would definitely stay at this location or another Embassy.

Cons:

Honestly I have no complaints at all.

Everything was perfect. Room was clean they texted to make sure everything was good!

It’s not a big deal but. Could have been a bit better about keeping up with the food when it was empty also the silverware.
