Pros:

The location is perfect! Close to oaklawn,magic springs, downtown, every food joint you can think of. The amenities on the property were nice pool, and workout area, another plus is the free drink in the evening of your choice, what impressed me the most was the breakfast chef, he was swamped with some type of teacher conference going on at the time of my stay and the way he not only handled it but the way he did it cooking 4 pans at 1 time whatever u wanted was amazing...

Cons:

I don't think guests should get charged for the hotsprings water, that should be provided especially for people out of state thats part of the experience, and no soaps of any kind available, even super 8 provides little bars of soap..

LOTS OF FLIES but overall a great stay
Pros:

We were at a convention on this trip. The hotel is amazing. Clean. Rooms are sparkling clean. The buffet breakfast was phenomenal. The only issue, and it's big, the massive amount of flies that were flying around the seating area. Constantly shooing them away; quite nasty and annoying. The ladies were doing their best to clear all tables quickly because of the flies, but something must be done about this. Quite unsanitary.. Maybe put a blower around the entrance of the building to keep the flies away.

Pros:

Stayed here in order to enjoy Magic Springs. The toilet had dust on the top of it where they only cleaned some of it. I am talking about a lot of dust. There was a toothbrush under the dining room table as if it was not vacuumed and the sofa had a dark brown substance on it. To top it off, there was a bug on the ceiling. This is my second time seeing a bug at this place. They really need to spray constantly and make sure that these maids are really cleaning the rooms.
