Pros:

Very comfortable large room for the price. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Huge influx of teenagers and their parents for state tournaments.

The bedding is difficult to adjust for temperature. The pillows are too soft

We really enjoyed our stay!

Everything! We were right across from the convention center! That was great for our grandsons graduation! We didn't have to drive anywhere.

Staff was amazing, drinks at the bar were good, everyone was very sweet

I asked for birthday decorations to be set up for my daughter's 12th birthday and they went above and beyond!

Cons:

The parking. There's not enough parking.
Needs more entrances available around the building that are accessible for all the different parking areas.

Nice but beware of 30 day funds hold!!!

Cons:

I am used to holds on my funds that drop off 7-10 days after check out. This is very common and comes from the pre authorization of you card at check in. However, I have NEVER had one last for 30 days. This is absurd!!! Thank goodness I have funds in the bank and can weather a long hold. I was shocked when my bank said the hold was due to lift 30 days after I had checked in. I called the hotel twice and got no assistance with a return call about the issue. So nice place but beware they will hold your funds!!! Like I said I am lucky that didn’t hurt us but last year when we stayed I used my Credit Card so I guess I didn’t notice.
