Excellent séjour pour commencer notre voyage
Pros:

L’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel toujours à l’écoute
Le petit déjeuner ainsi que le teatime étaient vraiment très bons et bien présentés
L’emplacement
Le style futuriste de l’hôtel

Cons:

Nous étions 3 personnes, 2 adultes et 1 enfant de 11 ans. Ça aurait été bien d’ajouter une serviette de bain pour la 3e personne. De plus la qualité des serviettes pourrait être de meilleure qualité mais bon c’est un détail… on s’en est bien sorti avec 2 serviettes!

Best hotel ever.
Pros:

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. The award winning, Gaudi-inspired architecture of the interior completely wowed us. Our room was amazing, looking out over this booming city, yet quiet and cozy. Everything was exceptional. The breakfast and afternoon tea included in our stay was great. But what makes this hotel is the friendly, courteous staff whose service was 5 star.

Super séjour !
Pros:

L’établissement est très bien situé, on a accès directement à un des marché couvert que propose la ville, différents points de restauration, de massage. L’hôtel n’est pas très loin des points culturels et d’activités tels que le post office, églises ou encore l’hôtel de ville. L’établissement est propre, le personnel est très accueillant et prend soin de ses clients dès l’arrivée jusqu’au départ. Le petit déjeuner est varié et les services sont accessibles.

Cons:

Pour les points négatifs, ils seraient sans doute les rideaux peu occultant.

Pros:

The architecture is so cool, location great, staff amazing and so helpful, facilities and the amazing free afternoon tea was unbeatable, rooms super comfy and the bath was amazing too
Actually had the best cocktail ever there too!!! The happy hour cocktails is fabulous! I had the pho 🍲

Cons:

Pool could of been better maintained but that’s just if I’m being very picky

Recommend this to all who want great service, clean hotel and great location.
Pros:

The highlights for us was how comfortable we he bed was. Amazing sleep every night Also great shower pressure. When you stay for 15 days these comforts really make the stay. Also the staff are very accommodating and so nice. One of the best stays we have ever had in the world. Our room was cleaned twice a day, any small request was done straight away with a smile.

Cons:

Nothing. Great location, amazing service, clean. Nice pool, beautiful restaurant. And all with a smile from the staff.
