Location & Cleanliness
No on-site restaurant and bar. Booked with breakfast, but received vouchers at neighboring places.
Standard room is very small and two suitcases won’t fit, not much storage for clothing either …
Concierge Tony and Ronnie were beyond amazing. They both anticipated our needs day and night and met them exceptionally.
Valet parking was a bit confusing so we parked 3 blocks away.

Location was fantastic, I walked 15 minutes into each direction to get almost every attraction available in the area, it was really close and nice beautiful walks. The Blue train line is 15 minutes away, but unfortunately there is no elevator, so if you have a lot of bags, maybe taking a taxi will be worth it, because it was hard going up all those stairs. Room was small but had almost everything you need, I unfortunately was missing an refrigerator in the room, other wise it was great, with a beautiful view of the river and the many bridges.
The bad wasn't comfortable, or maybe it was the pillows. I believe it is also smaller then usual, my legs where almost out and I'm only 5 feet tall.
Loved the location! We could visit most of the attractions in Chicago within walking distance of the hotel! The staff was very kind and helpful.

Location!!! You are right in the middle of everything. Amazing Riverwalk view. Clean and comfy. The hotel has a water refill station with bottles and coffee machines that make a better than Starbucks cappuccino. Friendly and caring staff.
My room was a little too small, but if you are here to explore, it shouldn't matter.

Easy to do architrctural river cruise, clise to shopping and dinj g area cafe next to it great for vrekfast

The central location was the best. It was very nice inside and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
The bathroom configuration was a little weird and outdated, and the water did not get hot.
