Pros:

The location was very centrale. Despite being a selk check-in the staff was very welcoming and helpful. My room was perfect size for 3days stay. The little water station at my floor helpful, genius idea !

Cons:

It feel a bit old, and furniture looking aged and used, but nothing really bad.

River Hotel/Club Quarters has a beautiful view of the River Walk..it is conveniently located to easily walk to many attractions. It offers valet parking.

Excellent location and hotel that is not part of the BIG monopoly chain of hotels.
Pros:

Everyone there is very friendly. The location is EXCELLENT!! It seriously can't be beat. The rooms are EXCEPTIONALLY clean. The views are picturesque!!! I wish I had a true camera instead of a phone camera to take pictures from out the window of the river views!!! The hallways and rooms are keep very clean all throughout the day and night.!!! The fitness center is located in the Lower-Level and it was good.

Cons:

There is no swimming pool. Which I was aware of when I booked.

Pros:

The hotel is at the best location in Chicago! It is right across the Trump tower, the staffs are very nice and friendly, and the price is amazing if you compare it to any other hotels or Airbnb in Chicago.

Cons:

The only bad point will be poor sound proofing, you can hear any sounds outside the room. But with the location and price, I would not complain more, just wear ear plugs and it would be fine.

Great Hotel!
Pros:

Amazing location, a very beautiful hotel. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. A great price for such a nice hotel with super friendly, and accomodating staff that made everything easy. We loved it.

Had a great stay will definitely stay here again
Pros:

The location was the best. Many great places were walking distance. Excursions were pretty close. Lotta restaurants nearby. Nice restaurant and bar next to my hotel.

Cons:

The beds have been more comfortable
