emplacement exceptionnel sur Riverwalk

Cons:

Parking voiturier hors de prix nous avons privilégié le parking situé plus loin à env 800m de l hotel et bien moins cher
Le menage n est pas fait tous les jours

Melhor localização e estrutura
Pros:

O hotel fica na melhor região turística de Chicago, em frente ao River Walk, é possível ir a pé ao parque Millenium e outras atrações. Os ônibus de turismo tipo Hop-on Hop-off param em frente ao hotel, perfeito. Não tem café da manhã, mas a máquina de café é maravilhosa.

Cons:

A diferença de preços variam muito de um dia para outro, poderiam ter uma média mais razoável...

Four days: business & pleasure.
Pros:

Nice older hotel. Clean, good staff.

Cons:

The dining arrangements were a bit "weird". It seems we shared a restaurant facility between two hotels on either side of it. The vending machines were terrible. They were labeled that they took cash, but they didn't. We had to use credit cards-good double charged in our cc statements for the items we bought.

Deposit not returned a month later, even though released on the spot.
Pros:

Good view.

Cons:

My deposit was released as I left. I was meant to get it back within 5 business days. It's been a month and I still haven't received it.

Only two working elevators for the entire hotel (30+ stories) means a lot of standing around waiting for a lift.

Für Kurzaufenthalte sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Für die zentrale Lage relativ ruhig. Coffee-Lounge ist sehr gemütlich und lädt zum "free-Coffee" ein. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Kleines Manko war die Zimmertüre - stark durchscheinendes Flurlicht am Türspalt - und die Hellhörigkeit zu Nachbarzimmern und sehr lautes ins Schloss fallende Türen.

Hotel mitten im Leben und für Frühbucher einigermaßen günstig
Pros:

Hotel mitten im Leben und fußläufig zu fast allen Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Sehr nettes Personal. Parken ist etwas chaotisch, da dies über das Nachbarhotel läuft und man merkt, dass bei Wünschen oder Problemen sich das Personal hier nicht zuständig fühlt und einen hin und her schickt sich selbst zu kümmern. Bei einem Preis von das 80€ für eine Nacht Parken dann doch nicht schön.
Zimmer war groß und sauber. Die Möbel teilweise etwas abgewohnt, aber alles in Ordnung.
Toller Bereich mit großem Kaffeeautomat im 3.OG für jedermann. Sehr toll und lecker.
Fahrstühle für das River Hotel immer gut erreichbar. Zum 2. im gleichen Haus befindlichen Hotel eher nicht. Da gab es schon mal lange Schlangen.

Cons:

Bis auf dem oben erwähnten Sachen war alles toll.
Preise in Chicago sind nun mal echt happig.
Fast alle großen Zimmer haben keine gute Aussicht. Hinterhofblick halt. Dadurch halt auch Recht dunkel.
Nur einige kleine Zimmer führen zum River.

I might return for the price and location.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Staff was very nice. Price was reasonable.

Cons:

Twin beds were small. Ice machines were far from room. Room was small. Bathroom magnifying mirror was over the toilet. 🤷‍♀️
