The pool area was nice

Cons:

personally the food is very bland and quite sickening. the spaghetti bolognaise is verry garlicky and i had the ribs which were disgusting. i wouldn’t stay here ever again for the price of it the room was full of bugs from outside.

Wonderful stay.
Pros:

Beautiful property at a good location, reasonably priced. Rooms and pool were very clean. There was a water server too which was very convenient.

Just OK, I wouldn’t book again.
Pros:

Gave refills of water- 2 rounds 2 bottles each . This is important because tap water cannot be used for brushing teeth, etc. Gym has weights. The breakfast has four vegan options, all of which as Indian meals like veggie curry and tofu tikki masala. Portions are not large but enough for breakfast.

Cons:

Service could be better. Before I arrived I asked for help with booking a train ticket in Indonesia. The staff wouldn’t even offer to help. They could at least offer to look at the app! Also during breakfast, they seem to show preferences to offer service to a European guest even though they came later. This seemed biased and inappropriate. The bathrooms could look good in pictures but the overall vibe is that of a middling small hotel that doesn’t stand out in any particular area. If I could do it again, I would book a different hotel.
