Great location and the best staff
Pros:

The staff are outstanding - friendly, welcoming and never stop smiling. The room was a good size and the pool area is very nice.

Cons:

Breakfast menu is a bit limited, but I am a fussy eater.

Wonderful stay in Bali

Overall satisfied, but a few areas need improvement
Pros:

Quite private if you have your own villa. And the pool was a nice extra. Very very spacious. Easy walk to seminyak village, seminyak square and lots of other places to eat. Staff were always very lovely

Cons:

The property is quite old so stuff’s a little dated
The mosquitoes 😩😩😩
didn’t like their in-house restaurant food quality so ended up opting to eat most meals out

Pros:

Mutiara hotel rooms and bathrooms are a generous size. The pool is great, breakfast cooked to order is also very good. The only downside , is that there can be some road noise at different times. However, location and value for money, it is worth overlooking this. Kind and helpful staff.

Pros:

Super friendly staff, quiet area, I loved the floaties in the pool

Cons:

Short walk to beach and shopping centre, however the road to them doesn’t have a sidewalk and there’s loads of traffic

La situation.. Nous avons été surclasser pour une nuit par le management parce-que un grand groupe d'africains est arrivé et à fait du bruit toute la nuits jusqu'à 6 h du matin.

Cons:

Le faite que un grand groupe d'africains est arrivé alors que nous étions là pour 9 jours. et ils ont fait du bruit toute la nuit et parler et jouer dans la piscine jusqu'à 6 h du matin.. Nous leurs avons parler mais ils se moquaient de nous. Nous avons été trouvé la sécurité qui était au loby tranquillement et discutais au lieu de demander le silence ! !!
