Location, good view, friendly and helpful staff
Perfect location, close to the metro, quiet place and fantastic breakfast. Our room was absolutely clean and comfortable, with an exceptional view of the Bosphorus.. Though we had two minor issues. Upon arrival, the bed for the third person was unmade. Additionally, we were a group of three, but we were twice provided with towels for only two people. Despite these small details, we had a great stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff upon arrival. The room was spacious, with fantastic view, clean and complimentary snacks.

This is a modern and comfortable hotel. The room was very nice with great views towards the Bosphorus, and the bed was very comfortable. They kindly provided some complimentary snacks (nuts, fruit etc) on arrival (although sadly removed them after a day and before we had finished them!) and there was complimentary water and coffee/tea etc. The restaurant on the top floor had very good views and breakfast was very nice and with plenty of choice. We had room service on one occasion and ate in the bar on a couple of occasions and the food was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in this hotel as it was close to the location of the cross-Bosphorus swim, in which my wife was taking part, but it is not ideal in terms of location for visiting the major attractions. However, the metro station is only a 7-8 minute walk and it is an easy trip from there into the city.
Sadly the swimming pool was undergoing renovation so we couldn't use that. Also, for some reason, on a couple of days our room was not cleaned. However, these were minor inconveniences and not a major issue.

Немного дороговато в баре лобби
Hotel hat mir insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, und auch die Atmosphäre im Hotel war sehr angenehm. Wenn ich Wasser gebraucht habe, wurde es mir schnell gebracht. Auch als ich einmal meine Karte verloren hatte, wurde mir sofort eine neue Karte gegeben. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer freundlich und haben gerne geholfen.
Das Essen war ebenfalls gut und ich war mit der Auswahl zufrieden. Da ich aus Deutschland angereist bin, war ich allerdings mit dem Kaffee im Hotel nicht ganz zufrieden. Abgesehen davon war für mich alles sehr gut und ich kann das Hotel insgesamt weiterempfehlen.

يستحق أرجع له كل مره
وأحب أشكر الأخ Efecan في مكتب الاستقبال كان جداً محترم ومتعاون ويساعد في كل ما نحتاج
Location and room cleanness
In many times they forgot to put complementary water in my room accordingly I forced to buy water from supermarket nearby
