The hotel was exceptionally clean — honestly, one of the cleanest places I have stayed in. The bed linen was spotless, fresh, and beautifully crisp. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their warm attitude made our stay even more pleasant. Thank you for such a comfortable and enjoyable experience!
Our room was on the second floor, and unfortunately the elevator was not working. We had a very heavy suitcase, so carrying it upstairs was quite difficult.
Friendly staff very clean ,rooms were very spacious.

er Check in war wie immer sehr unkompliziert, freundlich und professionell. Wir hatten erneut ein schönes Zimmer mit Dusche und Whirlpool, alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und angenehm eingerichtet.
Besonders positiv war, dass auf unsere Meldung direkt reagiert wurde. Die Düsen des Whirlpools funktionierten zunächst nicht, wurden aber während unserer Abwesenheit überprüft und liefen bei unserer Rückkehr wieder einwandfrei.
Auch die Mitarbeitenden waren wie immer sehr höflich, hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert. Da wir das Hotel regelmässig besuchen, wurde uns aufgrund des Problems mit der Klimaanlage für den nächsten Aufenthalt Parkplatz und Frühstück offeriert. Das empfanden wir als sehr fair und aufmerksam. Il check in è stato, come sempre, molto semplice, veloce e professionale.
Abbiamo avuto di nuovo una bella camera con doccia e vasca idromassaggio. La camera era molto pulita, curata e piacevole.
Il personale è stato molto gentile, disponibile e attento.
All’inizio le bocchette della vasca idromassaggio non funzionavano. Abbiamo segnalato subito il problema al check in. Durante la nostra assenza qualcuno si è occupato della vasca e, quando siamo tornati, l’idromassaggio funzionava.
Abbiamo apprezzato molto questa reazione veloce.
Anche alla partenza il personale è stato molto disponibile. A causa del problema con l’aria condizionata, e dato che veniamo spesso in questo hotel, ci è stato offerto per il prossimo soggiorno il parcheggio e la colazione. Abbiamo trovato questo gesto molto corretto e gentile.
Leider liess sich die Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht einstellen und funktionierte während unseres Aufenthalts nicht richtig. Gerade bei wärmeren Temperaturen ist das natürlich unglücklich.
Das Problem wurde bei der Abreise nochmals angesprochen. Positiv ist aber, dass sehr freundlich damit umgegangen wurde und man uns eine faire Lösung für den nächsten Aufenthalt angeboten hat. Purtroppo l’aria condizionata nella camera non funzionava correttamente. Non era possibile regolarla e durante il soggiorno non ha raffreddato.
Con temperature più alte questo è naturalmente un problema.
Abbiamo segnalato la situazione alla partenza. Però il personale ha reagito in modo molto gentile e ha cercato una soluzione corretta per il prossimo soggiorno.

Все очень понравилось! В отеле чисто, уютно и комфортно. Персонал невероятно дружелюбный и внимательный. Отдельная благодарность Йозефу, который с первых дней по-настоящему восхитил своим гостеприимством.
Завтраки и ужины были очень вкусными, с хорошим выбором блюд. После ужина приятно было прогуляться вокруг отеля.
Мы выбрали этот отель из-за его удобного расположения рядом с выставочным центром Rho Fiera, и это оказалось отличным решением. Обязательно вернемся снова!
