Lindo lugar para quedarse una semana
Pros:

Excelente construcción; no se escucha ningún ruido; habitación amplia, decorada con buen gusto; muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo; personal muy simpático y acogedor, siempre disponible para facilitar la estadía.

K no me gusto k el clima no sevia k me cambiaron de habitación k la k estaba tenia cafetera refrigerador parrilla microondas y la otra no tenia parrilla ni microondas k olía mucho a humedad y era incomodo no me gusto el cambio si ubiera servido el clima todo habría estado bien

All was great, noise from Coco Bongo but thats not under the hotels control. Anywhere in the core of centro you will get night noise. The hotel and staff were lovely

La ubicación

Cons:

Antes de pande mía los había visitado y todo bien. Ahora quitaron el café,la TV no servía, el WiFi se desconectaba a cada rato. Nuestra habitación tenía refri (tenía el conector malo) un coffe maker sin tazas, y una plantilla. Pedimos cambio de habitación y ya todo funcionó, luego de 4 dias, gracias a una joven muy amable en la recepción.

La ubicación del alojamiento es muy buena. El precio estuvo bien para ser temporada de vacaciones y la recepcionista que me ayudó en el check in fue muy amable.

Cons:

Tuve una emergencia fuera del hotel a las 5 am aproximadamente, y llegué al hotel con un amigo que no se hospedaba en el hotel para resolver mi emergencia, pedí que lo dejaran pasar y no lo dejaron pasar ni a sentarse a la recepción, pregunté amablemente y el recepcionista fue un poco descortés (la emergencia fue que perdí mi bolso con mi celular, cartera y todo medio posible de identificación, comunicación y dinero)

Cons:

Coco Bongo está al lado y está muy difícil ese ruido. Las almohadas por favor presten atención y cámbienlas. Son muy altas y muy rígidas. A cualquiera nos tuerce el cuello.

Buena calidad-precio
Pros:

El hotel es muy pintoresco, las pinturas son muy lindas! Las habitaciones tipo "colonial". Tienen buen espacio. Y si les gusta la fiesta esta muy cerca de antros y bares y casi a un lado de coco bongo.
Ah y si tienen estacionamiento.

Cons:

En 5 dias que estuvimos no limpiaron la alberca hasta el último. Como que eso no estaba tan bueno. Y las almohadas son un poco incómodas.
