Suites at Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa Puerto Vallarta

Yesterder night ,my famly gathered for dinner at Hiroshi restaurant and the experience was memorable. We enjoyed the live music, delicious food and the service that Irving provided to us was quite delightful.

We had an amazing time. Every aspect was a wonderful experience. We visited the pool everyday and our server Miriam was so funny and so good. She never slowed down was always right there with our drinks and food. She was outstanding. At breakfast we had Kevin and Ruiz who were the best. Our hostess was Rachel who remembered us from the day before and treat us like we were regulars, like old friends. Everything was so delicious and perfectly prepared and so good. We met the chef, Antonio who prepared these outstanding meals. Every aspect of our experience left us so satisfied and happy. Thank you all so much for making our trip the best, the absolute best.

We had a wonderful dinner!!! Angel was our waiter. He was fun and really engaged us in some fun banter!!!! This was our last night and he made it special and memorable!!! The manager, Elaine helped him deliver to us the pumpkin donuts which was our very favourite dessert of the whole week!!!!!! This whole holiday was incredible!!!♥️

Absolutely amazing facilities and staff. They catered to our every need consistently throughout our entire stay. Staff that especially made an impact were Elaine, Javier, Ivan, Angel, Gio, Julian, Ricardo, and Martin.

We had a fantastic time at Garza Blanca Puerto Vallarta. Everyone was really great, each in their own unique way. The rooms were top-notch, Alma and Silvia looked after us. Rod, Alejandro and Rafael were top-notch for our pool experiences.

I took a solo trip to celebrate my birthday and had the most memorable experience at Garza Blanca Sanctuary. The resort is a 5-star experience from the property, service, restaurants, and staff. My butler Carlos Ramos was exceptional with ensuring all my needs were met from check-in to check-out. The concierge team also provides high-caliber service. The rooftop pool was where I spent my time every day, and the area was beautiful, with a beautiful view from the infinity pool. The waiters were exceptional. I ate dinner at most all the restaurants and was not disappointed with the food or service. The Image Spa was incredible.
I was in a one-bedroom corner suite, and it is amazing.
I would highly recommend the resort to all!!!!!

We had a great time at Garza Blanca amazing hotel with great views we stayed on the beach front side which I thought was very family oriented . I want to thank the whole kids club team they were awesome with the kids highly recommend .

Capitana Elaine and her team (Hannia, Emily, Jorge, Andres, Mario, and Ronaldo) ensured every meal was free of gluten (we have a gluten allergy) and masterfully prepared.

We also had great Zumba and Stretching classes with Ronnie on the Activities team.

We have been members of Villa Group/Tafer for 13 years and have found Garza Blanca in PVR to be our favorite home away from home south of the border.

Our stay at Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa Puerto Vallarta was incredibly disappointing, especially considering this was supposed to be our anniversary trip.

The resort knew ahead of time that we were celebrating our anniversary, yet we were placed in a room with two double beds instead of a king. When we addressed it with staff, we were essentially pushed into attending a timeshare presentation as the “solution” to getting a proper room upgrade — otherwise we were told we would have to pay significantly more just to have a king bed. It felt manipulative and honestly left a terrible impression from the start.

Beyond that, the resort itself feels tired and outdated and is badly in need of renovation and updating. The food was also extremely underwhelming. The only enjoyable meal we had on the property was at the newer Peruvian restaurant. Every other dining experience was disappointing enough that we ended up leaving the resort most nights just to enjoy decent dinners elsewhere.

To make matters worse, the customer service throughout the stay was poor. Staff came across as indifferent, unhelpful, and more focused on upselling than hospitality. What used to feel like a luxury resort now feels like a money-grab operation with overpriced food and drinks, mediocre accommodations, and lousy service.

Overall, we would absolutely not recommend staying here. There are far better resorts in Puerto Vallarta that actually value hospitality and guest experience.

As always, we had a wonderful time due to the fantastic staff that they continue to keep as a family. We actually had a one year gap in returning, whereas we usually make our trips in July and November every year even with our gap you feel so good walkinginto Blanca blue and seeing your regulars Mario, Alexis, and Andres and Javier. They recognize you they address you and always welcome you back to your home away from home super people. We chose to go up to the sanctuary pool and met Miriam who had a smile on her face from the time we got there to the time we left both days. Pedro was our bartender and he was the mixologist on point it seemed like we followed him around. He was at the rooftop and the sanctuary pool both days. As always most of the restaurants we go twice sorry to say we did not care for the Peruvian just my opinion. Our favorite restaurant is Hiroshi and also our favorite waiter Mr. Irvin that has been there as long as we have good to see a familiar As usual, the trolley drivers are always friendly. We were surprised about the amount of sand that was gone from the beach area, even with all the new rocks that they put in place this made it even worse where there was sand due to all the locals that come in and took over 90% of the beach area. Hope to see more sand brought in in the future, It used to be a pretty beach. Overall, this was a great trip for April due to July being too hot for us. We will be back in November for our anniversary. Hope to see you all soon.face.

Carlos was an amazing Butler! He exceeded our expectations. From texting to check in to making reservations…his service was top tier! The room and the accommodations were awesome. I highly recommend. We can’t wait to come back.

Went for a girls trip celebrating 2 ladies turning 40. It was the most amazing experience and we want to give a special shout out to Roberto Gallardo who took such great care of all our needs poolside multiple days. He’s so sweet and attentive. Five Stars!

This was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and we had such an amazing experience staying at Garza Blanca Preserve.

We had the chance to visit the Sanctuary Tower and we were blown away by how beautiful it is. A very special and heartfelt thank you to Giovany, the manager, who truly made our trip unforgettable. From the moment we met him, he went above and beyond to make sure we were always taken care of. He was consistently attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making our experience perfect. His level of service, professionalism, and kindness stood out and made us feel valued every single day.

The rooftop pool at the Sanctuary Tower was absolutely breathtaking, with the most beautiful views and the food there was absolutely delicious. Efrain and Carlos provided exceptional service, making the experience even more enjoyable.
At the Sanctuary lower pool, Miriam and Edson were fantastic and made sure we were comfortable at all times.

Giovany also recommended Hiroshi restaurant, where we received outstanding
service by Jaime and enjoyed incredible food. Erika, the restaurant manager was very friendly and attentive.

We also want to recognize Juan at the beach for his excellent service and warm attitude.
A special mention to Arturo, the trolley driver, who always greeted us with a smile and positive energy, it truly set the tone for our days.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and can’t wait to come back.

From the moment we reached out before arrival, she handled every detail with care and professionalism — arranging our restaurant reservations, organizing a seamless early check-in, and upgrading us to a stunning two-bedroom beachfront suite.

We were celebrating our two-year anniversary of living in Mexico, and thanks to Darinka and the team, it genuinely felt like a special occasion from start to finish.

The resort itself is breathtaking, with incredible ocean views, outstanding food (Hiroshi and the Korean BBQ Fire Table were highlights!), and a perfect balance of relaxation and luxury. What truly sets Garza Blanca apart, however, is the level of service — thoughtful, personal, and consistently one step ahead.

Juan assisted us at the beach everyday and was outstanding. Really great experience.

We had such a great time thanks to Mario and Pablo. They were attentive in the best way always checking in with a smile, refilling our water before we even noticed it was low, and making sure we had everything we needed. Their positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. They turned a simple meal into a memorable experience.

We went to the Puerto vallarta location and it was amazing. I've been coming here for many years and have yet to be disappointed!! We stayed in hotel mousai north tower and it was absolutely wonderful. The maids always made sure to have a clean room and always left some nice sweet treats. The food was outstanding and I'd love to give a shoutout to Arianna at DOA. She was super friendly and made sure we had a wonderful dinner❤️ the rooftop service was excellent and always made sure I had a drink in my hand and that we were relaxed and enjoyed our time in the sun. Another big shoutout is our butlers Daniel and Humberto, they were amazing. They always checked up on us, made sure our reservations were set and went over and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful anniversary and an amazing stay!!! I'm hoping when we get back, we will have them service us. It was slow due to what happened a couple weeks ago but all the employees made sure it was a safe and secure place, the atmosphere was just beautiful everyday with all the greenery and mountains, and it was so nice and peaceful. I'm so happy I enjoyed my stay and I'm so excited to go back!!!
