Disappointing stay overall. The hotel no longer meets the standards I remembered from my previous vi
Pros:

I decided to stay at this hotel again because I had a wonderful experience here in 2015. I returned expecting the same comfort, quality, and attention to detail that I remembered. Sadly, the hotel no longer reflects the standards I experienced years ago, and this stay was disappointing in comparison.

My room number was 203.

Cons:

- Constant noise coming through the windows and from the emergency exit door.
- The air conditioner was not working properly.
- The furniture was very old and appeared worn out.
- There is an emergency exit door that opens directly onto the street, making it feel as though you are sitting outside rather than in a hotel room.
- The room did not accurately match the photos and description shown on Booking.com.
- We requested a room change due to these issues, but the hotel staff refused our request.

Location is perfect but star rating on booking.com must be revised.
Pros:

Location

Cons:

It is rated as 4 stars in booking. Com however it is up to 4 stars. 3 stars is the fair rate. No lobby

A comfortable and enjoyable family stay in a great location.
Pros:

We stayed here as a family with our two children and had a very comfortable stay. The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around Istanbul. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable for a family, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Nothing major. Overall, we were happy with our stay and everything was comfortable for us as a family.
