Pros:

location is quite nice close to beaches value is ok there was a renovation going out so expect same noise level. Like every hotel in US AC is noisy and room was old style. Do not expect nothing from restaurant but the staff is freiendly.

It was located close to eatery places and regular stores.

Cons:

There was a long piece of black hair, which is not my hair color on the towel I almost used to wash my face. Very disgusting, the tub a rust stains around the drain and the breakfast was not included it was an extra $16 dollars.

I guess it was OK for the moment for a quick one night stay
Pros:

The property was clean. The reception furniture needs to be cleaned.

Cons:

The room in the bathroom, the sink was cracked, and the ventilator made this horrendous noise. It was exhausting. The laps in the room were dated.

Great stay near the airport and shopping.
Pros:

My stay at Four Points by Sheraton, Dania Beach has been exceptional. From the airport pick to check-in and the day to day service. Everyone has been so welcoming and pleasant. Special mention to Allison, Cassandra, Ashley and Emilyn who have made my stay so wonderful. The hotel is kept very clean, the breakfast is sufficient and the location is close to the airport and shopping. Definitely will stay here again I the future.
