WORST EVER HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, ALL FAKE
Pros:

Stayed here for two nights from 18th july till 20th july and believe me , I had the worst ever experience of my life.
Nothing is good about this property. 50% informations and pics provided are fake.
1. They don't have a restaurant, only breakfast is provided (no buffet) that too in a small ginzy room with no space to move.

2 No parking facility as mentioned in their

4. Do not provide tea /coffee sachets
5 . Even the pics presented are fake, Lobby on each floor is very very small and suffocating. It is because of mirror placed in such a way that it looks big.
5. We booked a superior deluxe room with two double bed and it had a very very small washroom which was only 3 feet wide.( no place to turn around)
Room was full of cockroaches, AC not working properly , making noise like a generator.
Although they charged Rs 5500 for triple occupancy, they provided only two half litre bottle of water and straight away refused for extra third bottle.
Bedsheets was torn and was not changed even after informing the staff.

Very rude and arrogant staff. Any complaints fall on deaf ears.

My suggestion Please please do not waste your money by booking this property.

Location was very good, staff were also helpful.

Cons:

The room size was too small and cozy which I selected. I requested to get a better room, they said my room was deluxe room. So it is not expected to get musty smell in the room though they arranged room freshner but it went after some time. In the bathroom water was licking from the basin and water was coming to room.
There was no restaurant in the hotel though there are restaurant outside the hotel.
Credit card was not accepted though it was mentioned in their webpage and on the hotel itself.
They have not shared any invoice against my stay. I paid through UPI to a personal number not hotel account.
