Great location, friendly staff, just bring provisions to minimize the gouging.
Pros:

Great location, incredibly friendly and helpful staff in office, restaurant, pub, gas station, gift shop. Incredible view. The breakfast and dinner buffets were decent.

Cons:

Because of the lack of competition along the Icefield Parkway, The Crossing charges 40 to 300% more than you would expect on everything from gas (2.34 a liter vs 1.54 same day in Canmore), to bug spray ($29.99 for the same OFF small can that's $13.99 at Cdn Tire), to draft beer, food for the road...All prices were so outrageous.

An ok place to stop for one night if you want to break your journey on the Icefield Parkway.
Pros:

Great views of the mountains, a good stopping point along the Icefield Parkway. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The shop was useful for buying basic food.

The buffet dinner had plenty of choice. The salad bar was good.

Cons:

Needs updating and a bit of tlc. No kettle to boil to make tea although teabags were provided.

Expensive and not as good as other accommodation we’ve stayed in on our travels in BC. Our room had two queen beds which meant there was little floor space left to open out our bags.

Pros:

Amazing location, nice restaurant and bar. We liked sitting on the bar's sunny balcony with a drink or two. Useful shop on site, and easy parking.

Cons:

For 2 of us one bed would have been better in the small room. Two beds took up too much room. There was not enough space for a chair and table.

Étape nécessaire
Pros:

Good location stop on the way to Jasper

Cons:

Too expensive for what it is. Needs maintenance. Prices in the shop ridiculously expensive. Double the price of Lake Louise.

Too overpriced
Pros:

Nice view if the weather lets.

Cons:

Double prices for everything.
You pay as for 5 star hotel but you just get an old motel.

Pros:

Cons:

Bez připomínek
