Hotel was ok but disappointing for a Hampton inn and suites.
Pros:

The location was good. The lobby was great.

Cons:

The hotel had limited parking. The room we received was good. But the mirror was missing and the blind was broken. so we requested another room and we had to move our stuff out go down to the lobby and wait quite a while for a new room. They had no rooms with two queens which is what we paid for. The room we received was big but nasty. The floor was all stained and dirty. My feet got dirty. The couch and chair were filthy. And the ac unit made a weird whining sound all night long. We were also charged 150.00 for a deposit and that was not what booking.com said. The night manager told us that was the way it was and to take it up with booking.com. I have never had a bad experience at a Hampton inn And suites. They are usually very nice. I’m very disappointed and I will probably look for a different hotel brand after this experience.

Overall good place. We would not hesitate to go back.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Clean and staff was friendly and helpful.Good spot to take the train in to the city.

Cons:

Pool was out of service. Room cleaned every other day.

Pros:

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this establishment. I made a reservation for Friday and even called on Wednesday to confirm it. During that call, the front desk confirmed that my reservation was active and that the studio I selected would be available.

Upon arrival, however, I was informed by the front desk staff that my room had been given to another guest without any prior notice or communication. This was extremely frustrating, especially considering that I had already paid the full amount for the reservation and did not receive the service I had booked.

This situation completely ruined my father's birthday celebration, which was the reason for our stay. To make matters worse, the front desk staff showed little concern and were unwilling to provide a reasonable accommodation or solution to resolve the issue.

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to honor a confirmed, prepaid reservation. I would appreciate having this matter reviewed and would like an appropriate resolution for the inconvenience and distress caused to my family.
