Pros:

Convenient, simple Check-in & Check-out. Hot breakfast and staff supervising it TOP-NOTCH.
Front desk ladies were less than friendly and welcoming BUT the gentleman named TRAVIS demonstrated professional and SUPERIOR 😎 Customer Service. Travis ROCKS at his job showing a real care and a sincere desire to help.

Cons:

Being on a busy street, it's challenging making a left-hand turn onto Tuckahoe Road from the hotel.
Front desk ladies are all lacking in hospitality and graciousness. Jenny, in particular, never even offers a smile and sadly gives off "attitude"; really quite scary.

Pros:

Staff was friendly. Everything was sparkling clean. Bed was comfy. Chaise was comfy. Elevator was fast. Ledge above the sink is convenient. It's five minutes from Aunt & cousin's.

Cons:

Ice machine broken on our floor. Breakfast ends too early for a weekend stay. TV options are limited. Too expensive

The pool was closed, the bar was closed, and the airco in the gym didn’t work. The breakfast was below average in my view.

No pool even though advertised. Cops called at 1am

Dear Hotel Management,

I am very disappointed with our recent family stay. The pool, which was a major reason we chose your hotel, was not working during our visit. We also experienced excessive noise from the guests next door late into the night. Despite asking them to quiet down, the situation continued until we ultimately had to call the police around 1:00 a.m.

What has been even more frustrating is the lack of response after multiple emails and attempts to contact your staff. We paid for a comfortable stay with functioning amenities and reasonable service, and unfortunately, that is not what we received.

Given these issues, I am requesting a refund or substantial partial refund. I would also appreciate a response from a manager regarding this complaint.

I hope you will take our experience seriously and provide a reasonable resolution.
