Kids everywhere and can be heard through paper thin walls. Fire alarm went off and staff just stated it did, but gave no instructions

But they did text me and asked me how my day was and I told them the problem and they fixed it right away, all the staff

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Popped in for a quick business trip. Was very conveniently located, rooms were clean, coffee in the morning was hot. All I needed at a reasonable price. I'll return again.

Very pleasant
Pros:

The property was clean, and the staff where really welcoming and friendly

Cons:

It was a lot of kids in the pool during my stay, but I know the property has no control over that lol

Bad sofa bed
Pros:

The facility was fine and great. Great breakfast, and staff.

Cons:

When we arrived to our king suite with a pull out sofa, we noticed the bed in the sofa bed was actually broke and not screwed i to the brackets. Made for a louds night sleep. Sounded as if someone was knocking every time I moved. Hotel was sold out front desk offered nothing in Return.

Highway noise
Pros:

I liked the suite style of the room. We don’t usually get a kitchen when we stay somewhere, so that was nice. However, I disliked how the bathroom sink area was open to the rest of the room. You can’t dry your hair without waking others. Our room was clean and well maintained. It seems perhaps the thermostat has a motion sensor that shuts off the air after a while - so sleeping was hot. And it was hot when we left the room and came back. My biggest complaint is the road noise. We could practically reach out our window and touch the highway. The noise kept me from sleeping for most of the night. I’ve stated at other hotels that we’re very close to the highway and I’ve never had noise like this.
