Another amazing stay here!
Pros:

Staff and service. Ben is the best. He goee above and beyond. The porters are amazing. Lady in veda was great. All staff are wow. Jacuzzi is my favorite.

Cons:

One night my tea station wasnt replenished. Bathtub needs a. Revamp.

A comfortable stay
Pros:

The property is on the sea coast with easy access to the beach. It is very nice to enjoy the sunrise and sunset in a peaceful atmosphere.
The staff at the restaurant are very helpful, looking to satisfy our requirements.
Breakfast spread is very good.

Cons:

Very difficult to get help from front-desk or housekeeping. One day I needed an extra bottle of water, I had to request front-desk three times, when there was no response I contacted the Duty Manager and then got the water bottle. On the day of departure, I requested for some help to take the luggage from the room to the lobby. With no help forthcoming, I dragged the luggage myself. This area needs improvement.

It was the best hotel stay i have ever had.
Pros:

It was all beautiful the atmosphere the trees and beach and the grounds keepers trimming of the bushes and leveling of sand on the beach just a woderful experience. Thank you so much can't wait to revisit.

Over priced
Pros:

The sunset views were out of this world.

Cons:

Booked a day earlier then we arrived so that when I do arrive room will be ready as I was traveling with a 4 year old . Only to get there and told that room was not ready all excuses were been made to delay us and also was lied to about room not been ready. Accused of booking it the evening before thats why the room was not ready.

Le personnel et très gentil, nous avons surtout beaucoup aimai Anjali une dame qui travaille à la sécurité au portail, toujours le sourire et de la bienveillance. Elle est très gentille nous avons beaucoup parler avec elle c’est une très belle personne avec un grand cœur . Nous ne l’oublierons pas ..
seul point négatif les chambre sont un peut mal insonorisé, nous avons était réveillé à 5h du matin par nos voisine qui rigolaient et parler un peut fort . Sinon très beau séjour à l’île Maurice .
Un peuple très accueillant et gentil .
