Pros:

Clean and spacious.
Antonia on reception was very helpful, went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Cons:

Other noisy guests, arriving back very late and into the morning.

Nice modern look comfy bed spacious room

Cons:

The toaster needed emptying and the microwave oven needed a better clean there was still some cheese stuck in there

Pros:

Super helpful and friendly reception staff, Jason and Yenny. Great room, well equipped kitchenette, comfy bed. Breakfast was included and was really good. There was a 24 hr coffee and water station which was really handy. There was a free laundry room with washers and driers.

Cons:

TV had freeview channels but it would have been good if we could have signed into streaming channels like Netflix and Prime.

Great place to stay, but beware of hidden charges!
Pros:

Breakfast is plentiful, staff very pleasant and helpful, good sized room and good shower.

Cons:

They have imposed a stealth tax for parking since my last visit - had this been made clear upfront I would probably have stayed elsewhere.
