Ho avuto molta allergia con l’odore di muffa nella stanza, ma non era la pulizia è come se la stanza è stata chiusa per molto tempo. La signora della pulizia è brava fa il suo lavoro bene.

Personel łącznie z managerem ardzo pomocny i uczynny. Czystość znakomita i wyposażenie też.
Loalizacja również bardzo dobra.

Un très bon séjour
Pros:

Le personnel très agréable bravo au fille qui gère l’accueil et le bar les chambres son spacieuse très bien pour le prix la piscine est propre avec plein de transat autour un très bon moment de passer

It is unacceptable to charge extra for the A/C in the middle of July in Paphos. I don't remember if this was mentioned somewhere while I made the booking

Posizione strategica ma servizi da rivedere.
Pros:

Posizione vicino alla stazione dei bus. Piscina carina. Reception 24h.

Cons:

Aria condizionata a pagamento (al di fuori dalla prenotazione di Booking): dovrebbe essere inclusa nel prezzo considerando che senza aria condizionata il soggiorno non è possibile (dalla finestra entrava molto caldo già dal mattino presto). Puzza di cibo dai ristoranti di fianco. Consiglio di intensificare la pulizia (almeno di consegnare un asciugamano pulito al giorno) e di mettere a disposizione almeno una scopa e qualche prodotto per pulire (c’era la cucina ma nessuna spugna o detersivo per i piatti).

There was absolutely nothing good about this place

Cons:

I arrived late, and despite claiming to have a 24/7 reception, no one was actually there. Instead, some random guy showed up acting like he owned the hotel. He clearly had some kind of issue with white people. He simply handed me the key and walked away without even telling me where the apartment was.

I asked him, “Could you please help me find the apartment?” and he replied, “That’s not my job.” I told him, “I’m not asking you to do a job, I’m simply asking for some help.” He then told me he was from Cameroon and refused to help.

What makes it even worse is that they charge you just to get a key for the safe to keep your belongings secure. Why should guests have to pay extra just to use the safe?

Even the air conditioning requires some kind of code just to turn it on. Seriously, it feels like they’re living in the Stone Age.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here
