Great Family Resort
Pros:

It was an amazing vacation. Great food on the buffets, the room and staff were awesome and my kids had lots of fun in several activities!

Cons:

For a family hotel, the buffet, pools and playgrounds opened very late. The room turned off electricity when nobody is moving inside - meaning no baby cam and no charging your phones. Finally, but definitely worth mentioning - none, absolutely none of the restaurants were good. Specially the spanish one (crazy right?) But food was bad to the point we stopped eating and went to the buffet which was very very good!

Für Familien mit Kindern top, für Erwachsene ohne Kinder würde ich auf andere Hotels tendieren

Cons:

Herrscht ein bisschen Sonnenliegenkrieg…all inclusive style..nichts für Leute ohne Kinder

Pros:

Localização excelente, piscinas e atividades para crianças deixam os pais de férias bem mais tranquilos. Minha filha adorou a piscina infantil com toboágua. As varias opções restaurantes também ajudam bastante, você pode comer algo diferente todo dia.

Cons:

O sistema de reservar os restaurantes à la carte não é muito simples. Eles também poderiam informar isso alguns dias antes da sua chegada. Nos dois primeiros dias não havia disponibilidade em quase nenhum restaurante temático. Lembrando que existem 2 restaurantes buffet que não precisam ser reservados

Cons:

the family hotel (park) takes up a lot of space. The kids are everywhere. Also the Breakfast and lunch buffets opened pretty late

First time and last time I will ever stay at an all inclusive resort.
Pros:

Great location on beautiful public beach

Cons:

Is not a place for adult couples who want peace and quiet. Every meal we were surrounded by screaming kids and babies. This is a great place for family’s that’s it!!!

We want to come back again
Pros:

Place you would like to return to!
Staff was great, food was very decent too
We were allowed to stay for a lunch after checking out, which was very generous, especially during the storm which took place that day
Beach and water was awesome and very close from hotel

Cons:

Firm mattresses (at least not comfortable for me), and bad smell of H₂S or something like that from the nearest lakes every evening (that is something hotel can’t obviously control, but worth mentioning to align expectations)
