Car guys/girls dream hotel stay. The ring does NOT disappoint.
Pros:

Perfect spot for a couple night stay during non peak season. Was able to watch EUROmoto races, and NLS (race series) practice/testing on the day we left. 10 minute drive to Devils Cafe where all the cars line up for the Nordschleife, meet a friend out there who took us for rides. Staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke great english. Breakfast was great, a LOT to do in the hotel and around the property.

This is where most of the teams staff comes to stay so you will see lots of team staff around and can get into cool conversations with few who are open to converse. If you love motorsport/cars, this is the place to go, we went after peak season so not many teams or events happening, but there’s always something going on at the Nordschleife. If you don’t have anyone to meet out there, ask someone to take you for a ride, most people would love to take someone out for a ride especially if it is their first time.

Vi hade tyvärr silverfiskar på vårat rum, trots vi sade ifrån i receptionen så gjordes ingenting åt detta under våran vistelse. Ingen kompensation heller fick vi.

Personnel d'accueil incompétent, ma femme a régler les chambres lors du Check-in et lors du check-out, que j'ai fait moi-même, la réceptionniste m'a fait payé les chambres en m'affirmant qu'elles n'étaient pas réglées. Je suis remonté dans la chambre pour vérifier avec ma femme, j'ai bien payé deux fois. Après avoir été réclamer elle a procédé au remboursement sans même présenter ses excuses.
Nous avons pris une suite au dernier étage, elle donnait sur la rue, les imbéciles qui accélèrent avec des voitures et motos rendent la nuit agrémenté de réveils multiples, les baies vitrées ne sont pas isolantes pour le bruit, la climatisation est très bruyante aussi. Pour la douche pas possible de régler la température, dès que l'on pense la température bien réglée, il suffit que le voisin ouvre la sienne pour avoir des variations chaude ou froide, pas de mitigeur!!! C'est un hôtel 5 étoiles!!!
