Lage ist optimal bei Veranstaltungen gen Olympiazentrum oder Allianzarena.

Mitarbeiterin hatte entweder schlechten Tag oder ist für Kontakt mit Gästen nicht geeignet. Hat uns vom ersten Kontakt an das Gefühl vermittelt, dass wir sie stören und nerven. Zusätzlich war die Zimmerkarte falsch oder gar nicht codiert. Zunächst hat sie vermittelt, dass wir uns wohl zu doof anstellen, bis dann tatsächlich ein Techniker kam, der bestätigt hat, dass das Problem an der Codierung an der Rezeption lag. Einzelfall? möglich! Als zahlender Gast hab ich allerdings eine andere Erwartung - zumindest was dann eine Minimalgeste der Entschuldigung betrifft, die komplett ausgeblieben ist.
