Great location, interesting building with architectural details. Good breakfast spread with cooked and continental options. Very clean, well-appointed room. Staff friendly and efficient. Would recommend and would stay again.

Paid for a courtyard view and requested a quiet room- ended up in the ‘new’ building next to the cleaners office at the top of which was loud and not overlooking courtyard. Room was dark and not like the photos. Fridge in room not working properly.
Near to old town and good general position. Room was comfortable although not exceptional. Bed was very comfortable.
Minor things really. The bath was high and not particularly easy to get into to take a shower although a stool was provided. Don’t like the common N European hotel practice of two single individual duvets for a double bed. Also, don’t like having to specifically ask for room to be made up - too many hotels do this nowadays and it has nothing to do with being eco-aware.
Staff on reception were friendly and helpful but I had a very strange experience with breakfast staff including one lady who insisted I march upstairs with her to reception rather than let me put breakfast on my bill as I had done the previous three days. I then found only one of those 3 breakfasts had been recorded. Pity you can’t book/pay for breakfast in advance through Booking.com which would make things much easier.
The hotel was beautiful, very unique decor, and a big open courtyard where you could sit outside. The beds were comfortable, and the shower pressure was good. The hotel was in a great location.
The rooms were tiny, they should have been advertised as 'a small double' - there was no way two suitcases could have fitted in the room, let alone two people. The room should have had a mini bar fridge. The options at breakfast were a bit limited. The hotel was noisy.
Die Lage war toll.
In der Dusche hatte es Schimmel. Man müsste hier die Fugen ersetzen. Zudem gibt es keinen Zimmerservice mehr. Von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwarte ich mehr - Preis-Leistung stimmte für mich deshalb nicht.
