Hotel gut, Personal diskutabel
Pros:

Hotel sauber, die Zimmer sind komfortabel. Das erwarte ich in einem 4 Sterne Hotel aber auch. Parken ist kein Problem.

Cons:

Der Zimmerpreis wurde meiner Kreditkarte trotz anders lautendem Wunsch in Euro statt Zloty belastet. Das macht das Zimmer ca. 5 bis 10 % teurer. Als ich das bemerkte und 10 Minuten später reklamierte, sagte man mir, dass man das nicht mehr ändern kann. Da ich beruflich mit Kartengeräten arbeite, weiß ich genau, dass ein nachträgliches Storno auch am nächsten Tag kein Problem ist Man wollte wohl einfach nicht.

Pros:

Czysto i schludnie, w pokoju jest wszystko co trzeba. Obsługa bardzo miła, pobyt bardzo krótki, ale przyjemny i bezproblemowy.

Zupełnie niewydajna klimatyzacja, w pokoju bardzo ciepło.

Zależało nam na krótkim dojeździe do lotniska. Lokalizacja hotelu nam to zapewniła. Pokój był czysty, a łóżko wyjątkowo komfortowe. W nocy było cichutko.

Jak na 4 gwiazdek to sniadanie mogłoby być bardziej urozmaicone. No i dla mnie największym nieporozumieniem jest dawnie komuś pokoju gdzie dzieli się ten pokój z kimś przez zamknięte drzwi. Słychać wszystko co się dzieje w tym drugim pokoju, tv, rozmowy itp. Na szczęście personel zmienił pokój ale nadal nie rozumiem tej polityki.

Dobry hotel na krótki biznesowy pobyt.
Pros:

Bardzo wygodne łóżko, urozmaicone pyszne śniadanie, woda i kosmetyki dla każdego gościa w pokoju, czystość, sympatyczna obsługa, bar i restauracja dostępne do późna.

Cons:

Klikatyzacja/nawiew w pokoju w ogóle nie chłodził, było ekstremalnie duszno i ciepło, otwarcie okna niewiele pomogło :(
