Nie byłam zadowolona z pobytu. Lokalizacja mi nie odpowiadała – hotel znajduje się daleko zarówno od miasta, jak i od autostrady, co było mało wygodne.
Personel sprawiał wrażenie zaspanego i niezbyt przyjaznego. Kiedy zgłosiłam, że klimatyzacja nie działa, usłyszałam jedynie, że „zostanie zgłoszona awaria”.
Pokój znajdował się na czwartym piętrze, a na zewnątrz było 36°C. Klimatyzacja zamiast chłodzić, wydmuchiwała ciepłe powietrze, więc musiałam spać przy otwartym oknie. Niestety w pokoju było bardzo duszno i trudno było normalnie oddychać.
W łazience widać, że został przeprowadzony niedawno remont, jednak nadal pozostały ślady po pracach budowlanych, co nie wygląda estetycznie.
Ogólnie hotel jest reklamowany jako czterogwiazdkowy, ale moim zdaniem standard odpowiada raczej solidnym trzem gwiazdkom. Do poziomu czterech gwiazdek zdecydowanie mu brakuje.

We really appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the breakfast. The selection was very wide, and everyone could find something they liked. There were plenty of options to choose from, making the breakfast enjoyable for all guests.
The staff were not particularly friendly.
It was not mentioned anywhere that parking required an additional fee.
We went out for dinner, and when we returned, our key card no longer worked. The same thing happened again after breakfast, so every time we left the room, we had to go back to the reception desk to have our key card reset.
The air conditioning was also not working. With temperatures above 37°C, it was very difficult to sleep.
During breakfast, one of the waitresses kept walking around asking guests for their room numbers while they were eating, serving themselves at the buffet, or making coffee. We found this quite intrusive and it made the breakfast experience less enjoyable.

Świetny hotel, w dobrej lokalizacji (mimo sporej odległości od centrum miasta). Cicho, spokojnie. Cały personel hotelu bardzo miły i pomocny. Byliśmy w hotelu z 1,5-rocznym dzieckiem i zdecydowanie możemy polecić go dla innych rodzin z dziećmi. Śniadania były bardzo dobre, składniki świeże i bardzo duży wybór. Pokój, jak i cały hotel, czyściutki, dobrze wyposażony. Zdecydowanie polecam

位置離舊城區距離稍遠，要搭公車才能到達，酒店離公車站有一段距離。
