Beautiful Boutique Hotel with great potential
Pros:

Location, Wellness centre saunas very clean beautifully designed, plenty towels and glasses battled water. (great quality towels with gold embroidery.
Excellent service at front desk by all young people. Big balcony.
Housekeeping, specialy young Ukrainian lady, did not asked for her name.

Cons:

Room did not look like the photos presented on the website. We had two beds placed extremely close to each other, with very little space between the bed and the wall. The beds appeared to have single-size mattresses, which is uncommon and disappointing for a four-star hotel and 4 star premium room. The nightstands were also very small and low.
The outlets did not include USB-C charging ports, which are standard and very convenient in most modern hotels today.
There was no walk-in shower. Very few people use bathtubs in hotels anymore, especially in a hotel with a spa centre. Having to step into a deep bathtub to take a shower, without proper glass protection, felt inconvenient and unsafe. Need hooks in bathroom for toiletrie bags to hang.
Additionally, restaurant staff refused service at 9:35 PM, informing us that both the kitchen and restaurant were already closed. If this is the case, the closing hours displayed on the door should be updated accordingly. This was very disappointing and unprofessional.
Room are spacious enough to add more luggage holders so guests don't use furniture to keep luggage on.

Gut ausgestattetes Hotel in Top-Lage! Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, komfortable Zimmer mit Wasserkocher, Kaffee und Tee. In dem Hotel spürt man dass auf Gastlichkeit Wert gelegt wird.

Śniadanie bardzo urozmaicone, dużo warzyw i owoców.

Cons:

Bardzo nieprzyjazne dla użytkownika otwieranie i zamykanie drzwi balkonowych. Było to irytujące i popsuło ogólnie b.dobre wrażenie z pobytu w hotelu.
