I stayed in this hotel when it was a Marriott. Way way better back then. Poor poor experience for the price.
Pros:

Location for watching my daughter play in the PWR final at the Stoop

Cons:

Tea/coffee facilities poor. Kettle leaked boiling water from the base narrowly missing my leg. This is a health and safety issue. Breakfast was totally overpriced and very poor quality food.

Best hotel stay ever
Pros:

Obviously the most ideal location for our weekend watching the PWR final! The room was spacious and beautiful with all the facilities we could want. The staff were so friendly and helpful our entire stay. Having the gym/pool/spa use included is worth its weight in gold, and so useful for it just being next door. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, we’ll be back!

A hotel that prioritises income over customer care.

Pleasant staff; good location

Cons:

Air conditioning weak; only offered cancellation upon arrival at 10.30pm rather than be informed ahead of time of the fault by the hotel. Consequently, spent a night in a red hot room with two fans, no sleep, and paid full price

Pros:

Location & Staff. Especially Donna who was working on reception when we checked. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

Cons:

Air con didn't work in our room but the staff were quickly to help and provided us with 2 fans for our room within minutes.

Great hotel but unfortunately no sound proofing in rooms so no sleep

There is no privacy Having stayed here because Barbarians we’re playing Wales went to bed only to not be able to sleep because you could hear everything from the bedroom next door and from across the hall England were playing in the World Cup football and I got no sleep until the match ended Chanting swearing and kids running around felt like it was in my room it was that loud

Beds were very very comfortable, black out blinds were great, the facilities in the room with the fridge being a blessing in these hot temperatures we experienced during our stay. Breakfast was a great selection and liked the gluten free selection. Shower in the room was fantastic

Air con wasn't cool, the restaurant was very expensive to try and eat at so got food delivered and not enough tea bags

Convenient base for attending rugby match. at Allianz, stadium.

Location excellent for stadium and places to visit on the Thames.
Free cold drinks in reception.
Decent size room. A/c struggling with 30deg++ Heat but a large fan was also provided.
Very quiet room.
If you get the time visit Eel Pie Island Museum opposite York House car park. Small but interesting and only a fiver.

Cons:

Horrible 'dirty red"carpets and dark walls in the corridors.
Parking is at opposite end of stadium ..for elderly people and in the hot weather it's a longer walk than you want.
No help offered with luggage.
OK restaurant for lunch and dinner but not a great choice for vegetarians.
Hotel parking charge 3 x the cost of the neighbouring Tesco car park.
