Good but not good enough for the cost
Pros:

Great location and modern style.

Cons:

Disagreement about room reservations meant I had to insist changes made. Unnecessary poor experience. Breakfast service needs improvement as lack of experience. Restaurant ran out of certain starters and rise wine!!

Nice, clean hotel, which is very convenient if attending event/meeting at the stadium.
Pros:

Convenient for attending event at Twickenham stadium.

Cons:

Room air conditioning not very good. Fan provided in room, however this was not very good, didn’t exactly cool. Must be an issue with air conditioning due to providing fan without being asked.

Perfect for a day at Twickenham when there isn’t a match day.
Pros:

Location. As i was going to the stadium it’s perfect. Next door to the rugby museum as well. The huddle is a great venue for food and beer.
