Very modern, clean
The car park was confusing to get to

Pequeno almoço, com pouca variedade, mas ainda assim bom.
Houve ruido de obras as 8h da manhã que incomodou ligeiramente devido a obras de manutenção do estádio, planeamento que não é controlado pela Hotel e que pode ser bastante desagradavel.
Não utilizei a piscina, mas o facto de ser fora das instalações do hotel, não me agradou.

Tolle Lage, mit Bus 110 direkt zu Hammersmith.
The staff was helpful, kind and joyful even at 4:30 in the morning. The breakfast and the meal I had were very, very good. Walking to the Thames after the Coaches Congress I attended was a fantastic reward.
Wifi a little touch and go. It worked fine in the rooms but at times was very slow away from them.

Great size room, really comfortable and had everything I needed. Staff were really friendly and check in was smooth. I was travelling for an event at the stadium so it couldn't have been better located.
The room was quite spacious, with a large and comfortable bed. Also there was an Iron in the room which is nice.
The location is alright. It's right next to the Stadium and has a bus stop taking you to the Twickenham station. But from there the trains takes a while to get to the city center.
Staff are healpful and friendly.
There was no window to open and lead some freah air into the room.
The fire alarm went on one night for a few seconds (apparently by mistake) which was a bit shocking.
The breakfast is just too pricy to even try it.
