Mind blowing
Pros:

As it was the Army v Navy rugby game it was ideally located. The staff were fantastic and assisted where they could.

Great hotel for exploring South London
Pros:

Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Well equipped with little touches that you don't always get nowadays such as facecloths, vanity packs, shower caps, complimentary water, coffee machine, good toiletries. Great shower, very comfy beds. Staff were friendly and efficient.
Great bus service from the doorstep and good transport links with easy access to the tube.
This hotel surpassed our expectations.

Cons:

Some noise from the corridors, but that's hard to manage

Our 3 night stay here was lovely and we would definitely stay here again
Pros:

The staff and the room were lovely and it was an easy check in process.
We were given a complimentary breakfast as we had a power outage on one evening and so I requested breakfast as compensation. There was a good selection available for breakfast, which we enjoyed.

Cons:

The car park was a little bit away from the front door. If travelling with small bags, this isn't a problem but we had a lot of heavy luggage and bags and dragging the cases over the pebble car park was difficult and the cases ended up getting very dusty.

The electricity went off in the evening on one night and we were without electricity for a few hours and it was late. Navigating round the room in the dark wasn't great and we had been out all day and the batteries on our phone were almost depleted so we couldn't use our torches on the phone. Not able to watch the TV to wind down after a busy day sight seeing either and the phone lines were also cut off to reception so no updates unless you were going to reception to ask.
