Our stay was very comforting and friendly
Pros:

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. THE HUDDLE is also a lovely restaurant and bar.

In the morning we booked breakfast. At first you think very pricey, however lots of love things on offer. Food was delicious and fresh.

The room was lovely and spacious, nice and clean and bed was very comfy.

Overall a really nice stay 😌

Bad management
Cons:

Room unready. Lack of any local mgmt for decision making. Eventually offered a lower spec room - nobody asked or cared that it was my honeymoon. The occupant of my room was apparently not even resident, and yet I was left waiting in the lobby, only getting updates when I asked the reception desk. Once offered a lower room I agreed, just to find some privaacy. I suggested a credit rather than pursuit via booking.com to help / speed things up but I was left utterly devout of grace or service from the staff on reception.

Excellent
Pros:

Great location, short walk to Twickenham station / town. Room was very clean and spacious, comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly staff, easy check in and out. Highly recommend.

Stylish, comfortable and amenities just accommodating
Pros:

Very stylish had great seating areas with modern bar tv to watch and fabulous decor throughout, the front desk was very helpful and had great services to accommodate all

Cons:

Very colourful themes of red and rugby decor throughout, great layout and interlinking restaurant, very clean and everyone was friendly

A friendly, good value hotel.
Pros:

We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly.

It was ok
Pros:

room and reception nice and use of pool and spa although pool not heated; staff also pleasant

Cons:

Very dark; phone not working in room; no room service for breakfast; one choice of restaurant food, ie The Huddle it would assist if The Loft catered also for lunch and dinner although great breakfast
