Pros:

The rooms are very lovely and clean!

Cons:

We asked if we could check in 45min earlier and if not if we could leave the luggage there but they wanted 20£ for early check in and also didn't offer to leave the the luggage so we were waiting at the hotel for check in. I would expect 5£ or so for 45 min earlier check in but not 20£

Pros:

The location was ideal. The staff were extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly, especially Karen in the bar and Adam who exchanged our safe.

Cons:

On arrival we were unable to get food due to a tour group. We spoke with the manager Roy who was very kind and understanding and took on board our comments.

Pros:

Great night sleep due to comfortable bed pillows and quiet location. Most staff very helpful with cheerful demeanor.

Cons:

One of the breakfast staff was less than cheerful with the demeanor more fitting with people the work in HMP.

Pros:

Very pleasant hotel, staff are very polite and efficient. Best night's sleep, the beds are so comfy. Breakfast is plentiful.
