Its location, the fact that the rooms have baths rather than just showers, its cleanliness and that I was on the fifth floor - which was quieter than the lower floors.
Nothing comes to mind.
Staff, beds, service and general comfort.
Faults with door lock and plumbing which meant we had to change room.
Unable to book evening meals on two occasions because space all taken by visiting groups. When we did get one we had to have a table in a noisy bar
No brown bread or marmalade at breakfast.
The hotel turned out to be a Premier Inn copy but not quite up to their standard.
Too many
Too many questions
Location and appearance
No food available on the evening of our stay. No advance warning that a private function was taking place
Close to city centre
Extremely over priced in all aspects of the hotel rooms/food/drinks
TVs are very outdated and bathrooms need updating aswell especially when your paying £120 for one night that is not good enough
I complained when i arrived got upgraded to the executive suite which was a nice gesture from the staff but the only difference was a small fridge and bigger bed and that room would of cost me £285 for one night thats bloody ridiculous I will never stay there again
Clean, comfortable and great staff

Excellent service at reception in particulaly
Nothing
The decoration throughout the hotel was really good. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Brekkers was particularly good
The room was good and had a comfy bed and another single bed. It didn't seem necessary to have the single bed as that made that end of the room cramped and access to the desk to work would have been very tight
