交通方便，朝食豐盛，房間舒適，接待親切
Pros:

地點非常好，交通方便，近札幌車站與大丸百貨，前面就是北海道官廳，也有地下街可通大通公園與時計台。飯店大廳寬敞豪華，也有豐盛的自助早餐，房間內容備品齊全，非常貼心，整理得很整潔。每日也有免費的下午茶點心和飲料和酒可享用。客服人員都很專業細心又親切，這是一間機能齊全，物超所值的飯店，下次還會想來入住！

Muy buen hotel y desayuno excelente

Tuvimos una estancia muy buena. El hotel es amplio, cómodo y cuenta con buenas instalaciones. Queremos destacar especialmente el desayuno, que nos pareció muy rico y de gran calidad, tanto la opción japonesa como el buffet libre. Las habitaciones son correctas, cómodas y funcionales, y en general el hotel ofrece una experiencia muy satisfactoria.

Pros:

早餐有1樓的自助餐和21樓的定食可以選擇，食物新鮮好吃，都很不錯。每天早上在自助餐外也有地方農、海產的小攤，選品都不錯，價格也沒有比外面貴。房間乾淨舒適，空間大、明亮、沒有異味。飯店離札幌車站很近，走路約5分鐘可以到達，樓下就有租車公司，自駕也很方便。

Cons:

有人提到面鐵路的房間會受行車的聲音干擾，但其實影響不大。反而是樓上的腳步聲、奔跑聲較明顯，這一點蠻擾人的。
