We had a comfortable stay
Pros:

The property gave us an upgrade to a bigger two twin beds room which has two sinks. It offered cleaning services daily, it is across street from seven eleven and 10 minutes walk from Sapporo train station. Our room has a view and it is clean, quiet and the beddings are comfortable. We were able to ask for an iron and iron board.

Cons:

We were a little shocked that we had to pay some hidden hotel fee upon arrival, we could not do laundry on our own, we were only giving the option to use laundry service by the hotel at some charges.

Excellent hotel!!
Pros:

The room was spacious and the location was great. Staff from Check-in, Concierge and housekeeping were superb. Even the carpark staff directing traffic were all so nice. Highly recommend this hotel to visit Sapporo.

The breakfast options were excellent! I was also pleasantly surprised that we could choose a breakfast set on the top floor with a beautiful city viewỊ

Cons:

While the hotel is just 660 m from Sapporo Station, hauling a mid-sized suitcase (24") over the uneven road made for a surprisingly rough and tiring walk.

チェックアウトしてからも、無料で使用できるロッカーがあり、大変助かりました。

飯店乾淨、房間舒適，三人房的房型可以打開3個28吋大行李箱。
Pros:

住宿地點十分便利，從JR札幌站南口廣場出來右轉，一直直走就會抵達，步行時間約6-8分鐘，提著大型行李走過去也不會疲憊。飯店樓下即可搭乘機場巴士，對於最後一天要離開且行李較多的旅客十分方便。飯店的員工都十分親切，用簡單的英文溝通即可回答我的疑問，非常感謝！

Very average experience and won’t return.
Pros:

Short walk to Sapporo station but not entirely sheltered.

Cons:

Very inflexible check in staff. We requested to early check in about 2pm. Yes I know there is an early check in fee but show some flexibility especially when it’s obvious guests are tired and the room is ready. Staff could see we were tired and insisted we pay the early fee of JPY 1,000 each. Guess they prefer for us to sit at the sofa than waive the fee. Our bookings at the other hotels were flexible enough to allow early check in without any fees. We have stayed at Keio Plaza Tokyo and had much better experience.

직원 서비스 교육이 잘 되어있는 호텔
Pros:

일본에 1년 이상 거주한 경험이 있습니다. 일본 호텔은 대부분 친절하긴 한데 게이오 삿포로 호텔은 유독 직원들이 친절 했던 것 같아요! 물어봐도 잘 알아봐주시고 방까지 짐도 넣어주셔서 아기 있는 입장에서 너무 좋았습니다. 식사는 다들 호평이였어서 많이 기대했었는데, 제가 너무 기대를 했었는지 평균보다 조금 위였던 것 같아요!
저는 아이가 있어 트리플 룸에 있는 세개의 침대를 붙여 이용했고 요청드린대로 잘 붙여주셨습니다.

Cons:

저층(9층)에 있는 트리플 룸을 이용했는데 화장실에 약간 하수구 냄새가 올라왔어요. 그리고 연식이 있는 호텔이다 보니 화장실이 조금 낡았나 싶은 곳이 있긴 했습니다. 룸 내 부는 리뉴얼을 했는지 깨끗했어요 : )
