Very average experience and wonโ€™t return.
Pros:

Short walk to Sapporo station but not entirely sheltered.

Cons:

Very inflexible check in staff. We requested to early check in about 2pm. Yes I know there is an early check in fee but show some flexibility especially when itโ€™s obvious guests are tired and the room is ready. Staff could see we were tired and insisted we pay the early fee of JPY 1,000 each. Guess they prefer for us to sit at the sofa than waive the fee. Our bookings at the other hotels were flexible enough to allow early check in without any fees. We have stayed at Keio Plaza Tokyo and had much better experience.

The room is quite enough for three people. The hotel location is very close to Sapporo station, shopping malls and many restourants. At the lobby also have smoking room and In fronth of the hotel, the konbini store Seven Eleven and has ATM for many world currency.

Family of 3 travelling using the public transport. Hotel stop is the last bus stop if youโ€™re taking the airport limousine bus (2hrs journey). Convenient shop just opp hotel. Daimaru, JR sapporo stn & sapporo subway stn abt 10 mins walk away. If youโ€™re taking the bus to the Mitsui outlet, its near JR sapporo stn also. Great convenient location. Room size decent for 3 adults. Breakfast buffet was decent, wouldnt recommend to hve it daily since its repeated menu. Checkin/out using kiosk was efficient & easy. Hotel staff always present & approachable if help needed. Yamato transport service at lobby was quick & easy process.
