Pros:

レストランが充実していると感じた。

Cons:

初めての宿泊だったので、荷物を部屋まで運んでくれたスタッフが部屋の設備も少し説明してくれるとよかった。
電気ポットが引き出しの中に入っていたので、気づかなかった。せっかくお茶のセットも充実していたのに、あまり利用できなかった。

居心地の良い宿泊でした。
Pros:

浴室の排水が上手く行かず水漏れが有ったが、スタッフの適切な対応と別の部屋へのアップグレードで気持ち良く過ごせた。
朝食も美味しく札幌に来た際はまた泊まりたいと思う。

設備が古く突然のトラブルに見舞われた。
