La cama era cómoda, el personal muy amable y muy atento.

Cons:

El spa fallara, no funcionaban los chorros, a mí me cobraron un día 3€ y a mi pareja al día siguiente 2€, el termostato de la habitación imposible de regularlo.
El buffet estaba aceptable.

Pros:

We verbleven in Axis Business & Spa Hotel Porto en hadden over het algemeen een aangenaam verblijf.

Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen. Toen bleek dat de airconditioning op onze kamer niet goed werkte, werd dit meteen opgelost en kregen we zonder problemen een andere kamer. Dat waardeerden we enorm.

Het ontbijt is vrij basic, maar biedt voldoende keuze om de dag goed te starten.

Cons:

Het diner viel helaas tegen. Het kabeljauwgerecht was niet lekker, waardoor we het hebben teruggestuurd. Helaas kregen we exact hetzelfde gerecht opnieuw geserveerd. Ook aan de tafel naast ons was er een probleem met een pastagerecht. Wel willen we benadrukken dat het personeel dit correct heeft afgehandeld en het kabeljauwgerecht uiteindelijk niet heeft aangerekend.

We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de spa of het zwembad, dus daar kunnen we geen oordeel over geven.

Uma excelente opção, de alta qualidade, para visitar o Porto mas não ficando no centro da cidade.
Pros:

Excelente hotel, excelente qualidade e serviços. Funcionários muito simpáticos e competentes. Pequeno almoço maravilhoso incluindo pequeno almoço continental assim como as opções típicas de "english breakfast". A comida do menú à carta ao jantar era magnífica a um preço aceitável para a excelente culinária.
