Estadia agradável e tranquila.
Pros:

As instalações do hotel são muito boas, o quarto excelente, os funcionários simpáticos, tirando os do SPA que foram muito antipáticos e arrogantes.

Cons:

Não gostei mesmo nada de no anúncio fazerem publicidade ao SPA e a utilização do mesmo não ser incluído no preço, só após a reserva estar feita e paga somos informados do custo acrescido. Não achei correcto, em especial por ter sido um dos fatores que me levou à decisão da escolha do hotel, mesmo apesar da distância do mesmo para o centro do porto.

Séjour globalement agréable, malgré quelques déceptions.
Pros:

Très bon séjour. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et confortable. Le personnel a été particulièrement sympathique, accueillant et toujours disponible. Ils ont également été très réactifs pour nous aider à préparer les repas de notre bébé, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Cons:

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, certains équipements manquent dans les chambres : pas de chaussons, pas de mouchoirs, ni de table et de chaises sur le balcon, ce qui est dommage. Nous avions une suite avec kitchenette et salle à manger, mais sans couverts ni verres à notre arrivée. Le personnel nous les a fournis rapidement sur demande, mais cela reste une perte de temps. L’air dans la suite était également assez sec.

Concernant la restauration, nous avons uniquement testé le room service. Les délais d’attente étaient très longs et les plats manquaient de saveur, ce qui a été décevant.

Enfin, l’hôtel est assez sombre dans son ensemble et ne dispose pas de terrasse extérieure, ce qui limite les espaces agréables pour profiter de l’extérieur.

Pros:

Os quartos, as intalações do hotel são muito boas. O pequenpo almoço era tpo, com tudo o que é necessário, fresco e estavam sempre a fazer reposição.
Só tenho pena de não ter conseguido experimentar o spa
