Hotel fantastico, quasi davanti al Waterfront, pieno di negozi e ristoranti. Camere belle, ampie, pulite e silenziose, dotate di ogni comfort. Ci siamo trovate così bene che al termine del nostro viaggio, sulla strada di ritorno verso Capetown, abbiamo deciso di cambiare la penultima notte e di tornare al The Rex, l'abbiamo adorato! Ristorante top! Fanno anche la pizza con il forno a legna! Colazione super!

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful. I like the stand down service they do(preparing the room in the evening). The hotel is in a great area. The staff was very helpful. The drinks specials are a great.

Ottimo hotel, staff gentile e cordiale, molto disponibile. A due passi dal Waterfront con negozietti e ristoranti di ogni tipo. Ristorante dell'hotel ottimo! Assolutamente consigliabile!

Lovely mini-break.
Pros:

Rooms in the "new" Rex are bit smaller than the "older" one, but still lovely. The breakfast is brilliant.

Cons:

The walls are very thin, you hear a lot from neighbouring rooms and the corridors.
