The hotel is simply not a 4 star hotel. This is immediately evident from the overall decor.
Pros:

Beds are comfortable

Cons:

A very average breakfast. Sliding glass bathroom doors are not a good feature by not providing full privacy.
The lift from the parking in the garage which provides access to all the hotel floors is a security issue.

Das Fruehstueck war gut und ausreichend. Das Hotel liegt nahe der Marina, Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen.

Cons:

Das Hotel war sehr hellhörig, wenn draußen auf dem Gang gesprochen wurde konnte man es im Zimmer hören.

Pros:

The team and the ambiance of the property were remarkable. Furthermore, a chef who was working on June 27th inquired about our reason for visiting Knysna. We shared that we were celebrating a birthday vacation, as our birthday was on June 26th. Shortly after, he surprised us with a slice of cheesecake during breakfast, which was a highlight of our stay.

Cons:

Upon our arrival, the cleanliness of our room was impressive, but over time, the cleaning became less thorough. Additionally, the hot breakfast options were quite limited.

lovely room, great breakfast and coffee, would come back again.
Pros:

breakfast- very good. beds and linen, great. Hotel stay was very good overall . Coffee was amazing at restaurant and wait staff quite friendly.

Cons:

Try getting Netflix in the rooms. Heating wasn't great in the room and had very noisy, inconsiderate people next door -dreadful (hotel should enforce its rules and penalise rude guests or at the very least, move them away to a different floor away from civilised guests). Parking should have at least two designated parking spots for the disabled.
